Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukla- dzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape naroznikowa rozlozona widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - przedstawia kanape naroznikowa w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 - kanape naroznikowa w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - kanape naroznikowa w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - fotel w widoku ogólnym, fig.- 6 fotel w bocznym widoku ogólnym i fig. 7 fotel w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach meble wypoczynkowe sa tapicerowane i skladaja sie z kanapy naroznikowej i fotela, które maja konstrukcje nosna w ksztalcieskrzyni z osadzonymi na niej tapicerowanymi, miekkimi poduchami siedziska i oparcia, wykonanych ze skóry lub materialu skóropodobnego. Meble wypoczynkowe charakteryzuja sie tym, ze oparcie i siedzisko kanapy i fo- tela sa umieszczone w drewnianej ramie, a oparcie tworzy prostokatna plyta, z przodu jednolita, z tylu zas podzielona na wieloczesciowe panele w ilosci odpowiadajacej ilosci poduch oparcia, które to panele sa rozdzielone profilowanymi wertykalnymi ramiakami stanowiacymi jednoczesnie tylne nogi mebli, zas czola mebli, pod siedziskami, stanowia prostokatne frezowane panele umieszczone pomiedzy ramiakami przednich nóg, boki me- bli maja frezowane plyty panelowe w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata umieszczone pomiedzy ramiakami, przy czym górne ramiaki boków, maja lekko falisty ksztalt i sa przedluzone tak, ze nakladaja sie i wychodza poza frontowe pionowe ramiaki stanowiace przednie nogi mebli. Kanapa naroznikowa ma element dluzszy i krótszy ustawione wzgledem siebie pod katem prostym oraz umieszczony pomiedzy nimi ukosnie element w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu powodujacy, ze mebel nabiera pólokragly ksztalt. Kanapa moze byc rozsuwana aby spelniac funkcje do spania. Natomiast fotel ma oparcie zawierajace jeden wieloczesciowy panel, od czola pro- stokatny panel umieszczony miedzy ramiakami nóg, zas po bokach ma frezowane plyty w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata umieszczone pomiedzy ramiakami, przy czym górne ramiaki boków maja lekko falisty ksztalt i sa przedluzone tak, ze nakladaja sie i wychodza poza frontowe ramiaki stanowiace przednie nogi. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the unfolded corner sofa, Fig. 2 shows a general view of the corner sofa, Fig. 3 shows a side view of the corner sofa, Fig. 4 shows a back view of the corner sofa, Fig. 5 shows a general view of the armchair, Fig. 6 shows a side view of the armchair, and Fig. 7 shows a side view of the armchair. As shown in the attached photos, the lounge furniture is upholstered and consists of a corner sofa and an armchair, which have a box-shaped supporting structure with upholstered, soft seat and backrest cushions made of leather or leather-like material. The lounge furniture is characterized in that the backrest and seat of the sofa and armchair are placed in a wooden frame, and the backrest is formed by a rectangular board, uniform at the front, and divided at the back into multi-part panels in a number corresponding to the number of backrest cushions, which panels are separated by profiled vertical frames which also constitute the rear legs of the furniture, while the fronts of the furniture, under the seats, are formed by rectangular milled panels placed between the frames of the front legs, the sides of the furniture have milled panel boards in a shape close to a rectangle placed between the frames, while the upper frames of the sides have a slightly wavy shape and are extended so that they overlap and extend beyond the front vertical frames which constitute the front legs of the furniture. The corner sofa has a longer and shorter element positioned at right angles to each other, with a diagonal element roughly trapezoidal between them, giving the piece a semi-circular shape. The sofa can be pulled out to serve as a bed. The armchair, on the other hand, has a backrest consisting of a single multi-part panel, a rectangular panel at the front placed between the leg rails, and milled rectangular-shaped panels placed between the rails on the sides, with the upper side rails having a slightly wavy shape and extended so that they overlap and extend beyond the front rails, which constitute the front legs.
