Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa „2" rozkladana z funkcja spania z materialu tekstylnego, która wchodzi w sklad zestawów meblowych: pokojowych - wypoczynkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów sofy, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku i fotografiach zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacych sofe w widoku z przodu, oraz w widoku z boku i z tylu. Jego górna plaszczyzna jest elementem ruchomym siedziska ( kierunek obrotu pokazuje strzalka X ) i jest polaczona dluzsza krawedzia z dolna plaszczyzna siedziska. W pozycji sofy zlozonej górna plaszczyzna siedziska fig.l A jest widoczna i znajduje sie na górze. Dolna plaszczyzna siedziska jest na stale zamocowana do wózka wyjezdnego sofy fig.5A i w pozycji zlozonej sofy jest ona nie widoczna. Dopiero po rozlozeniu sofy fig.5dolna plaszczyzna siedziska jest widoczna i znajduje sie na tym samym poziomie co górna plaszczyzna siedziska fig.5A i fig.5B. Obydwa elementy: czyli górny fig.5B i dolny element siedziska fig.5A sa tych samych rozmiarów i maja ksztalt prostopadloscianów. W przedniej czesci siedzisko opiera sie na poziomo ulozonym prostokacie - cokole fotela fig.l B, natomiast boczne krawedzie lacza sie z boczkami fotela fig.l C, a jego tylnia krawedz z oparciem fig.l D. Siedzisko sofy, a dokladnie jego górna plaszczyzna widoczna na fig.l A ma trzy ozdobne wzdluznie wykonane przeszycia poprowadzone równolegle do lini przylegania boczków fig.lF. Siedzisko jest elementem ruchomym sofy, dzieki zastosowaniu wózka jezdnego o konstrukcji skrzyniowej pelniacego równiez funkcje pojemnika na posciel. W pozycji zlozonej obie warstwy siedziska spoczywaja na sobie fig.l natomiast po rozlozeniu warstwy leza w jednej plaszczyznie przylegajac do siebie dluzsza krawedzia fig.5. Boczki sofy fig.l C sa scisle polaczone z jego oparciem przez co stanowia zintegrowana calosc. W widoku z przodu fig.l C boczki dolna czescia przylegaja do cokolu fotela, a górna ich czesc plynnie przechodzi w plaszczyzne oparcia fig.IG. Plaszczyzna boczków w miejscu okreslanym mianem podlokietnika jest lukowo wywineta na zewnatrz fotela fig.lH. Przednia krawedz boczków fig.4I i zewnetrzne boczne krawedzie boczków fig.4J podobnie do górnej krawedzi cokolu i przedniej krawedzi siedziska zostaly obszyte walkiem ze zrolowanej pianki poliuretanowej w powloce z materialu tzw. kiedra. Krawedz zewnetrzna oparcia podobnie do siedziska i boczków jest ozdobnieobszyta walkiem ze zrolowanej pianki poliuretanowej w powloce z materialu tzw. kiedra. Sciana tylna fig.3E zamyka konstrukcje sofy i ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata. Elementem nosnym sofy „2" rozkladanej z funkcja spania z materialu tekstylnego sa 4 chromowane metalowe stopki o przekroju graniastoslupa o podstawie kola. Sa one zamocowane od dolu sofy w naroznikach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Siedzisko rozkladane sofy „2" fig.l A i fig.5 A ma ksztalt dwóch poziomo ulozonych na sobie prostopadloscianów. The essence of the industrial design is a new spatial shaping of individual elements of the sofa, manifested in their shape, arrangement of lines, colors, to achieve aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown on the attached illustrative material - the drawing and photographs attached to the application, showing the sofa in front view, as well as in side and back view. Figure 1 shows the front view of the sofa; shows a view of the sofa from the back; fig. 3 shows a side view of the sofa; fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the sofa; fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the sofa when unfolded. sofa "2" with a textile sleeping function called "GRACE" according to the industrial design, it consists of: fold-out seat fig. l A and fig. 5 A, plinth fig. l B, side board in fig. 1C, the backrests fig. 1D and the back wall fig. 2E. The fold-out sofa seat "2" fig. 1A and fig.5A has the shape of two horizontally arranged cubes. It is a two-piece element. Its upper surface is a movable element of the seat (the direction of rotation is shown by the arrow X) and is connected by its longer edge to the lower seat surface. In the folded-up position, the upper surface of the seat fig. 1 A is visible and is at the top. The lower seat surface is permanently attached to the sofa-cart Fig. 5A and in the folded-up position of the sofa it is not visible. Only after unfolding the sofa, Fig. 5, the lower surface of the seat is visible and is at the same level as the upper surface of the seat, Fig. 5A and Fig. 5B. Both elements, i.e. the upper element fig.5B and the lower element of the seat fig.5A, are of the same size and have the shape of cuboid. In the front part, the seat rests on a horizontally arranged rectangle - the chair plinth, Fig. 1 B, while the side edges connect with the sides of the chair, Fig. 1 C, and its rear edge with the backrest, Fig. 1 D. The seat of the sofa, and exactly its upper surface in fig. 1A has three decorative longitudinally stitched seams parallel to the abutment line of the sides of fig. 1F. The seat is a movable element of the sofa, thanks to the use of a trolley with a box structure that also functions as a container for bedding. In the folded position, both layers of the seat rest on each other Fig. 1, while after unfolding the layer, they lie in one plane with the longer edge of Fig. 5 adjacent to each other. The direction of the trolley movement is shown by the arrow Fig. 5 Y, while the rotation zone of the seat plane Fig. 5B is shown by the arrow Fig. 5X. The plinth of the sofa "2" fig. L B has the shape of a horizontally arranged rectangle connecting the upper edge with the seat and the side edges with the sides of the sofa. It is permanently attached to the sofa's trolley. The outer edge of the backrest, similar to the seat and sides, is decorated with a roller made of rolled polyurethane foam in a cover made of the so-called kiedra. The back wall, Fig. 3E, completes the sofa structure and has a rectangular shape. The carrying element of the folding sofa "2" with the sleeping function made of textile material are 4 chrome-plated metal feet with a prismatic cross-section with a wheel base. They are attached from the bottom of the sofa in the corners. Important features of the industrial design 1.
