Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych mebli spelniajace równoczesnie wymogi uzytkowe i ergonomiczne oraz zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w zalaczonymmateriale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny boczno-czolowy fotela, fig. 2 - widok czolowy sofy dwuosobowej, fig. 3- widok perspektywiczny boczno-czolowy kanapy trzyosobowej. Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma zewnetrzna powierzchnie pokrycia o barwie i fakturze charakterystycznej dla obiciowej Skóry meblowej. W dolnych narotach podlokietników osadzone sa pod katem wozwartym w odniesieniu do plaszczyzny cokolu prostopadloscienne stopki, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 materialu ilustracyjnego. Sofa dwuosobowa jest odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, stanowiac jeden z wyrobów zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze zawiera siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej szerokosci siedziska i tylnego oparcia fotela. Miedzy dwoma segmentami poduch tylnego oparcia i poduch siedziska, znajduja sie w jednej plaszczyznie szczeliny polaczeniowe, zas w widoku z czola sofa dwuosobowa stylizuje widok muszli morskiej, jak przedstawiono na fig. 2 w materiale ilustracyjnym.Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest takze kanapa trzyosot o cechach istotnych wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzu- jacych sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do potrójnej szerokosci siedziska i tylnego oparcia fotela. Miedzy trzema segmentami poduch tylnego oparcia i poduch siedziska znajduja sie w dwóch równoleglych plaszczyznach szczeliny polaczeniowe, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 3 materialu ilustracyjnego. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial arrangement of the individual pieces of furniture that simultaneously meets functional, ergonomic, and decorative requirements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a side-front perspective view of the armchair, Fig. 2 - a front view of the two-seater sofa, and Fig. 3 - a side-front perspective view of the three-seater sofa. The lounge furniture set according to the industrial design has an outer surface covered in a color and texture characteristic of upholstery leather. In the lounge furniture set according to the industrial design, the armchair constitutes a modular unit for the two-seater sofa and the three-seater sofa. The Lotel features significant industrial design features, expressed in the cup-shaped armrests, with upper surfaces tilted outward, supporting flat, quadrangular side backrest cushions, separated from the rear backrest cushion by overlaying, triangular corner cushions. The upper rear backrest cushion has an arched upper edge and trapezoidal outer edges, the lower edges of which are located in a recessed seam, separating it from the lower rear backrest cushion, which contacts the lower edge of the double-layer seat cushion. The upper cushion is thinner than the lower cushion placed on the plinth. The lower corners of the armrests are set at an obtuse angle to the plinth plane, with rectangular feet, as shown in Figure 1 of the illustrative material. The two-seater sofa is a variation of the industrial design, constituting one of the products of the lounge furniture set, whose essential industrial design features include a seat and backrest with a width approximately twice that of the seat and backrest of the armchair. There are connecting slots in one plane between the two segments of the rear backrest cushions and the seat cushions, while in the frontal view, the two-seater sofa resembles a seashell, as shown in Figure 2 of the illustration. Another variation of the industrial design is the three-seater sofa, which has essential industrial design features, characterized by a seat and backrest width approximately three times the width of the seat and backrest of the armchair. There are connecting slots in two parallel planes between the three segments of the rear backrest cushions and the seat cushions, as shown in Figure 3 of the illustration.
