Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa narozna przeznaczona do wypoczynku. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku , na którym - fig . 1 przedstawia sofe w widoku czolowo-bocznym, - fig.2 przedstawia sofe w widoku bocznym, - fig. 3 przedstawia sofe w widoku z góry, - fig .4 przedstawia sofe w widoku z tylu od strony krótszego boku, - fig.5 przedstawia sofe w widoku z tylu od strony dluzszego boku, - fot.1 przedstawia sofe w widoku czolowo-bocznym, Sofa posiada siedzisko, tylne oparcie oraz boki. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku odmiana sofy naroznej ma siedzisko, do którego przylegaja boki i tylne oparcie, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze siedzisko sofy naroznej ma w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do litery „L" i jest poziomo podzielone na dwie czesci, zas pionowo na kilka pojedynczych poduch, które wystaja poza obrys dolnej czesci siedziska, zasdo siedziska o krótszej dlugosci zamocowane jest tylne oparcie sofy , które w widoku bocznym ma ksztalt zblizony do litery „L", której podstawa ma wysokosc wieksza od wysokosci siedziska, natomiast na oparciu tym zamocowany jest podlokietnik, który w widoku z góry przypomina prostokat, którego jeden z dluzszych boków jest wygiety w ksztalcie luku, natomiast do drugiego konca sofy przylega bok o znacznej grubosci, a zewnetrzne krawedzie bocznej plaszczyzny boku sa wyzej polozone od krawedzi wewnetrznych boku, zas plaszczyzna laczaca te krawedzie jest lukowo wygieta, a na boku tym umieszczony jest podlokietnik o ksztalcie zblizonym w widoku z boku do splaszczonej elipsy, przy czym podlokietnik ten wystaje swym obrysem poza obrys boku, natomiast na podlokietniku tym umieszczona jest cienka poduszka ulozona ukosnie, natomiast pozostale poduszki stanowiace oparcie sofy posiadaja ksztalt prostokatów i sa oparte o tylne oparcie sofy, natomiast sofa wspiera sie na nózkach jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1,2,3,4,5 i fot.1.Fig.1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fot. 1 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a corner sofa designed for relaxation. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, possessing a unique character, manifested in its shape and arrangement of elements and lines. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a frontal and side view; - Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a side view; - Fig. 3 shows the sofa in a top view; - Fig. 4 shows the sofa in a rear view from the shorter side; - Fig. 5 shows the sofa in a rear view from the longer side; - Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a frontal and side view. The sofa has a seat, a rear backrest, and sides. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, a variant of the corner sofa has a seat to which the sides and the backrest are adjacent, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the corner sofa has a shape similar to the letter "L" in a top view and is horizontally divided into two parts, and vertically into several individual cushions that protrude beyond the outline of the lower part of the seat, while the backrest of the sofa is attached to the shorter seat, which in a side view has a shape similar to the letter "L", the base of which has a height greater than the height of the seat, while on this backrest there is attached an armrest, which in a top view resembles a rectangle, one of the longer sides of which is bent in the shape of an arc, while a side of considerable thickness is attached to the other end of the sofa, and the outer edges of the lateral plane of the side are higher than the edge The inner edges of the side are curved, and the plane connecting these edges is bent into an arc, and on this side there is an armrest with a shape similar to a flattened ellipse in a side view, and this armrest protrudes with its outline beyond the outline of the side, while on this armrest there is a thin pillow placed diagonally, while the remaining pillows constituting the backrest of the sofa have the shape of rectangles and are based on the back backrest of the sofa, while the sofa is supported on legs as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1,2,3,4,5 and Photo 1.
