The new and unique character of the upholstered chair according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The industrial design chair has a thin seat cushion with thin rectangular sides and a thin rectangular, diagonally arranged backrest, protruding above the height of the chair sides, with the sides of the chair encompassing the backrest. The chair has thin, tall, bar legs, the outline of which, when viewed from the side, resembles an inverted "U." The first industrial design chair has a thin seat cushion with thin rectangular sides and a thin rectangular diagonal backrest that extends above the height of the chair sides, with the backs of the chair sides meeting the front of the backrest. The chair has thin, bar-shaped, high legs whose outline, when viewed from the side, resembles an inverted "U."
