The chair's new and unique character is evident in its shape. The upholstered part of the seat consists of the seat cushion, armrests with the backrest and the headrest, while the legs are U-shaped bar frames. The armrests and the backrest are arranged horizontally and have the shape of cuboids of the same height, forming a single unit, with the upper edges of the armrests being rounded. The backrest has a low headrest in a shape close to a cuboid with rounded upper edges, which is mounted on short, cylindrical bars. Below the lower edges of the armrests and the backrest is a high, cuboid seat cushion attached to U-shaped bar frames, with the front bar frames having a U-shape at the front, and the rear bar frames having a U-shape at the side of the seat. The lower portion of the frames has cylindrical bulges. The first variation of the industrial-style lounge chair has armrests and a backrest in the form of cuboids of the same height, arranged horizontally and forming a single unit, with the upper edges of the armrests being rounded.
