Nowa i oryginalna postac fotela tapicerowanego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyrazona jest poprzez ksztalt jego czesci tapicerowanej. The new and original form of an upholstered armchair according to an industrial design is expressed by the shape of its upholstered part.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 i 5 przedstawiaja fotel tapicerowany w widoku z przo- du, fig. 2 i 6 - fotel tapicerowany w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 3 i 7 - fo- tel tapicerowany w widoku z boku, a fig.4 i 8 - fotel tapicerowany w widoku z tylu. The object of the industrial design is shown on the attached illustrative material, in which Figs. 1 and 5 show an upholstered armchair in front view, Figs. 2 and 6 - an upholstered armchair in a perspective front view, Figs. 3 and 7 - armchair upholstered in the side view, and fig. 4 and 8 - upholstered armchair in the rear view.

Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada drewniana ramowa konstrukcje no- sna. Nogi przednie maja postac slupków w ksztalcie prostopadloscianów, które sa pola- czone lukowo z poreczami. Nogi tylne maja forme platów o lukowych zarysach, pola-czonych ze soba scianka, stanowiaca oparcie fotela. The armchair, according to the industrial design, has a wooden frame structure. The front legs are in the form of rectangular posts, which are arched with the handrails. The rear legs have the form of arched lobes, joined together by the wall that forms the backrest of the chair.

Czesc tapicerowana utworzona jest przez prostopadloscienna poduche siedzenia oraz splaszczona, zlozona na pól poduszke oparcia, której wewnetrzne krawedzie bo- czne tworza ksztalt lezki. Na poreczach znajduja sie podlokietniki, których zarys bo- czny zblizony jest do ksztaltu toreb. The upholstered part is made up of a rectangular seat cushion and a flattened, half-folded backrest cushion, the inner side edges of which form the shape of a cot. There are armrests on the handrails, the side outline of which is similar to the shape of bags.
