Taca Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 13 wrzesnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest taca przeznaczona do uprawy mlodych roslin. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac tacy, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rzut perspektywiczny tacy w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - rzut perspektywiczny tacy w widoku z dolu.Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak pokazano na dolaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, taca majaca ksztalt plaskiej prostokatnej plyty ze stopkami, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na powierzchni górnej tacy usytuowane sa otwory o ksztalcie zblizonym do ostroslupa scietego o podstawie prostokata, przy czym szerokosc otworu przy podstawie jest okolo 1/3 wieksze od szerokosci przy wierzcholku. Wzdluz dluzszych boków, przy rogach tacy umieszczone sa stopki o szerokosci przy podstawie 1/6 szerokosci tacy a skladajace sie z prostokatnych elementów tworzacych podwójne nózki na postumentach. Stopki sa okolo 4 krotnie wyzsze od zasadniczej wysokosci tacy posiadaja od strony wewnetrznej pelna scianke a od strony zewnetrznej wglebienia, poza tym od strony wewnetrznej stopek usytuowana jest trapezowa plytka z prostokatnymi podluznymi wzmocnieniami, zas od strony zewnetrznej stopki posiadaja podwójne wybrania odpowiadajace ksztaltowi nózek tacy. Obok stopek na dluzszej krawedzi boku tacy umieszczone sa okragle otwory sluzace do odprowadzania nadmiaru wody, a obok nich na krawedzi umieszczone sa wybrania. Na krótszych bokach tacy, na okolo 1/3 szerokosci boku, w czesci srodkowej, znajduja sie trapezowe wybrania sluzace do latwego przenoszenia tac a obok usytuowane jest male kwadratowe wybranie. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the tray, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the tray from above, Fig. 2 - a perspective view of the tray from below. According to the ornamental design and as shown in the attached illustrations, the tray, having the shape of a flat rectangular plate with feet, is characterized in that the upper surface of the tray is characterized by openings in the shape similar to a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base, with the width of the opening at the base being approximately 1/3 greater than the width at the top. Along the longer sides, at the corners of the tray, are feet, each 1/6 the width of the tray at the base, consisting of rectangular elements forming double legs on pedestals. The feet are approximately four times higher than the tray's base height, have a solid wall on the inside and recesses on the outside. Furthermore, a trapezoidal plate with rectangular longitudinal reinforcements is located on the inside of the feet, while on the outside, the feet have double recesses corresponding to the shape of the tray's legs. Next to the feet, on the longer edge of the tray, are round holes for draining excess water, and next to them, recesses are located on the edge. On the shorter sides of the tray, approximately 1/3 of the width of the side, in the middle, there are trapezoidal recesses for easy carrying of the trays, and next to them there is a small square recess.
