The candle, which is the subject of the industrial design, is distinguished from known, similar products by its new shape, line drawing, and design. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the candle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from an axonometric view. The candle consists of a shade mounted on a base and a removable cover placed over the shade. The base is in the shape of a cuboid tapering upwards, with a rectangular base with flat legs protruding from the bottom, a flattened surface at the top, and diagonally cut corners at the top of the base. At the front of the base is a protruding decorative element in the form of a flat, wavy, upward-pointing, symmetrical bulge, accentuated by a double edge line. The front view of the votive candle's shade is shaped like a flattened tulip calyx, topped by a flat, semicircular bowl with elongated, slightly widening elements placed on its front semicircular surface, radiating outward from the central semicircle. From the sides of the semicircular shade, extending outward from its bottom, are three partially overlapping, arched decorative elements, each terminating at the top in a roughly horizontal plane. The front view of the grave candle's cover is an elliptical semicircle with a semicircular circumferential offset, truncated at the bottom by a curved upward surface. The top is topped with a trapezoidal chimney divided by a vertical crossbar with two through holes. The side view of the cover narrows and features vertically and parallel decorative elements in the form of elongated curves separated by concave surfaces. The central section features two flat elements that overlap one another in a stepped manner. The sides of the chimney are trapezoidal and have a single through hole. Significant features of the industrial design: the base has the shape of a cuboid tapering upwards with a rectangular base with flat legs protruding from the bottom, a rounded surface at the top and diagonally cut corners in the upper part of the base, – at the front of the base there is a protruding decorative element in the form of a wavy, flat, upward-directed symmetrical bulge emphasized by a double edge line, – the candle's shade from the front has the shape of a flattened tulip calyx covered from above with a flat, semi-circular bowl with elongated, straight, slightly widening elements placed on its front semi-circular surface radiating outwards from the central semi-circle, On the sides of the semicircular shade, from its bottom, three partially overlapping, arched decorative elements extend outward, each ending in a roughly horizontal plane at the top. - the votive candle cover, viewed from the front, has the shape of an elliptical semicircle with a semicircular circumferential step, truncated at the bottom by a rounded upward surface, and at the top is topped with a trapezoidal chimney divided by a vertical crossbar with two through holes. - viewed from the sides, the cover narrows and has vertically and parallel decorative elements in the form of elongated curves divided by concave surfaces. - in the central part of the cover, there are two flat elements that step into each other. - the chimney on the sides is trapezoidal and has one through hole.
