Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the container, manifested in shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig. 4 -pojemnik w widoku z przodu ze scianka przednia, fig. - 5 pojemnik z czesciowo opuszczona scianka przednia, zas fig. 6 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku.Pojemnik, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu ze sciankami bocznymi i z podstawa a bez scianki górnej. Scianki wykonane sa z pretów osadzonych w prostokatnych ramach, przy czym prety na bocznych sciankach tworza kratownice, zas prety w podstawie umieszczone sa równolegle w stosunku do siebie. Wzmocnienie podstawy stanowia poprzecznie symetrycznie umieszczone prety, pomiedzy którymi jest usytuowany element spinajacy. Do krawedzi zewnetrznych podstawy umocowane sa nózki utworzone z pretów, z których przednie i tylnie maja ksztalt zblizony do trapezu. The object of the industrial design is shown on the attached illustrative material, in which fig. 1 shows the container in a front view, fig. 2 - container in a rear view, fig. 3 - container in a bottom view, fig. 4 - container in a view from the bottom, fig. front wall, fig. 5 a container with a partially lowered front wall, and fig. 6 shows the container in a side view. The container is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a cuboid with side walls and a base and without the top wall. The walls are made of bars embedded in rectangular frames, the bars on the side walls form trusses, and bars in the base are placed parallel to each other. The base is strengthened by transversely symmetrically placed rods, between which the strapping element is located. Attached to the outer edges of the base are legs made of rods, the front and rear of which have a trapezoidal shape.
