Compared to similar products of this type, the hamburger warmer is distinguished by its novel design manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, materials, and ornamentation. The hamburger warmer design is shown in the drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the hamburger warmer in perspective views from the front, top, and side; Fig. 2 shows the hamburger warmer in perspective views from the bottom, back, and side; Fig. 3 shows the hamburger warmer in one side view; Fig. 4 shows the top view; Fig. 5 shows the other side view; Fig. 6 shows the back view; Fig. 7 shows the front view; Fig. 8 shows the hamburger warmer in perspective views from the top and front; Fig. 9 shows the side, top, and front perspective; and Fig. 10 shows the hamburger warmer in perspective view from the side. The hamburger warmer, based on an industrial design, is characterized by its rectangular box shape, the base of which is one of the two largest sides of the cuboid. The sides of the hamburger warmer have thickened rectangular rims, to the upper surfaces of which are attached from the inside to two rectangular plates on each side of the warmer, with rounded corners, a rounded central cutout on the outside, and a handle, formed from a circular rod, in the shape of a rotated "C," extending upward. Between the edges, the hamburger warmer has a central segment that is slightly lowered at the top and recessed at the front. Viewed from above, it is shaped as rectangular ribs extending from one side of the warmer to the other, parallel to each other and sloping downward toward the rear. The central segment is closed at the front and rear by front and rear walls, terminating in a flange approximately halfway up the warmer. From the front wall, in its central and right sections, knobs, buttons, and protrusions protrude forward, in the following order: a small circular protrusion, a polygonal knob on a gently conical base, a rectangular vertical button with a protrusion toward the front, and another small circular protrusion, a polygonal knob on a gently conical base, and a rectangular vertical button with a protrusion toward the front. Four legs with conical feet protrude downward from the base of the warmer, in pairs on the sides, in pairs. The essential features of the hamburger warmer, according to the industrial design, are its rectangular box shape, the base of which is one of the two largest sides of the cuboid. On the sides, the hamburger warmer has rectangular, thickened rims, to the upper surfaces of which are attached from the inner side two rectangular plates on each side of the warmer with rounded corners, a rounded central cutout on the outer side and a handle in the shape of a rotated "C" protruding upwards, formed from a circular rod. Between the rims, the hamburger warmer has a central segment that is slightly lowered at the top and recessed at the front, shaped in a top view as rectangular ribs extending from one side of the warmer to the other, parallel to each other and inclined downwards towards the back. The central segment is closed at the front and rear at the bottom by front and rear walls terminating in a flange approximately halfway up the height of the warmer. From the front wall, in its middle and right sections, knobs, buttons, and protrusions protrude forward, in the following order: a small circular protrusion, a polygonal knob on a gently conical base, a rectangular vertical button with a protrusion toward the front, and again a small circular protrusion, a polygonal knob on a gently conical base, and a rectangular vertical button with a protrusion toward the front.
