Pokrywk a Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 20.10. 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pokrywka opakowania do artykulów spozywczych, dodatkowo zawierajaca lyzeczke. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pokrywki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosci jej powierzchni oraz ukladzie linii, tworzacych swoisty, oryginalny wyglad i nadajaca sie do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, przedstawia widok pokrywki z góry, fig. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, przedstawia widok pokrywki z boku. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the lid, manifested in its shape, surface properties, and line arrangement, creating a unique, original appearance and suitable for reproduction in industrial production. The spoon consists of two parts, one of which comprises the main recessed portion of the spoon with a section of the handle provided with grooves, while the other part comprises the remaining section of the spoon handle, provided with projections corresponding to the shape of the recesses in the section of the handle with the recessed portion of the spoon.
