Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pokrywki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosci jej powierzchni oraz ukladzie linii, tworzacych swoisty, oryginalny wyglad i nadajaca sie do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. PL PLLid The right of registration of an ornamental design has been in effect since 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a food packaging lid, additionally containing a fork. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the lid, manifested in its shape, surface properties, and line arrangement, creating a unique, original appearance and suitable for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, show a top view of the lid, and Fig. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, show a side view of the lid. A container lid, according to the ornamental pattern and as shown in the drawing, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, having a round upper surface and a round upper surface perpendicular thereto and a side surface perpendicular thereto with a gradually increasing outer circumference, is characterized in that in the center of the upper surface area, in a surface cutout in a shape corresponding to a two-part fork, a fork is placed, connecting to the upper surface of the lid by means of bridges and constituting its separable element. The fork consists of two parts, one comprising the main prong portion of the fork with a section of the handle provided with grooves, while the other part comprises the remaining section of the fork handle, provided with projections corresponding to the shape of the grooves in the section of the handle with the prong portion of the fork.
