Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pokrywki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosci jej powierzchni oraz ukladzie linii, tworzacych swoisty, oryginalny wyglad i nadajaca sie do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1, 3, 5, 7, przedstawia widok pokrywki z góry, fig. 2, 4, 6, 8, przedstawia widok pokrywki z boku.
