Pokrywk a Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pokrywka opakowania do artykulów spozywczych, dodatkowo zawierajaca nozyk. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pokrywki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosci jej powierzchni oraz ukladzie linii, tworzacych swoisty, oryginalny wyglad i nadajaca sie do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, przedstawia widok pokrywki z góry, fig. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, przedstawia widok pokrywki z boku. The essence of the design is a new form of the lid, manifested in its shape, surface properties, and line arrangement, creating a unique, original appearance and suitable for reproduction in industrial production.
