Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kubek miksujacy przeznaczony do uzytku domowego do rozdrabniania i mieszania produktów spozywczych Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kubka miksujacego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie zewnetrznym. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kubek miksujacy w widoku od przodu, fig. 2 - kubek miksujacy w widoku od tylu, fig. 3 - kubek miksujacy w widoku od lewej strony, fig. 4 - kubek miksujacy w wido- ku od prawej strony, fig. 5 - kubek miksujacy w widoku od góry, fig. 6 - kubek miksujacy w widoku od dolu, fig. 7 - kubek miksujacy w widoku perspektywicznym. Kubek miksujacy jest bryla o pionowej plaszczyznie symetrii, majaca podstawe w ksztalcie czaszy z wystajaca wokól obrzeza pionowa scianka, która to czasza, od przedniej i tylnej strony bryly kubka, jest obcieta pionowa plaszczyzna prostopadla do plaszczyzny sy- metrii bryly kubka. Z czaszy wystaje pionowy kubek zblizony ksztaltem do kielicha, za-mkniety od góry pokrywka o ksztalcie zblizonym do czaszy i dopasowana do zewnetrznego obrzeza kubka. Pomiedzy pokrywka a obrzezem kubka jest waski poziomy rowek. Od przedniej strony kubka miksujacego czesc obrzeza kubka jest wychylona na zewnetrz, two- rzac wraz z pionowa scianka pokrywki otwór wylewowy. Boczne scianki kubka, od prawej i lewej strony bryly kubka miksujacego, na calej swej wysokosci lacznie z obrzezem po- krywki, maja wzdluzne wglebienienle o lagodnym poprzecznym promieniu.Czasza pokryw- ki ma scieta poziomo górna czesc, a w pionowej osi kubka miksujacego pokrywka ma stoz- kowe wglebienie, z którego wystaje podluzny uchwyt zblizony ksztaltem do prostokata w widoku z góry, a jego górna powierzchnia dopasowana jest ksztaltem do górnej powierzch- ni pokrywki, a dolna czesc bryly uchwytu jest dopasowana do powierzchni stozkowego wglebienia pokrywki. Element walcowy otoczony jest pionowa scianka z poprzecz- nymi elementami zebrowymi, a pionowa scianka otoczona jest pionowa sciana, której ksztalt powierzchni bocznej odpowiada ksztaltowi bocznej powierzchni kubka. The subject of the ornamental design is a mixing mug intended for household use for grinding and mixing food products. The essence of the design is a new form of the mixing mug, manifested in its external shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which fig. 1 shows the mixing mug from the front, fig. 2 - the mixing mug from the back, fig. 3 - the mixing mug from the left, fig. 4 - the mixing mug from the right, fig. 5 - the mixing mug from the top, fig. 6 - the mixing mug from the bottom, fig. 7 - the mixing mug in a perspective view. A mixing cup is a solid with a vertical plane of symmetry, having a bowl-shaped base with a vertical wall protruding around the rim. This bowl, on the front and rear sides of the cup, is cut off by a vertical plane perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of the cup. A vertical cup protrudes from the bowl, similar in shape to a goblet, and is closed at the top by a lid similar in shape to the bowl and fitted to the outer rim of the cup. A narrow horizontal groove is between the lid and the rim of the cup. On the front side of the mixing cup, part of the rim of the cup tilts outward, forming a pouring opening together with the vertical wall of the lid. The side walls of the cup, on the right and left sides of the mixing cup body, along their entire height, including the rim of the lid, have a longitudinal recess with a gentle transverse radius. The lid bowl has a horizontally cut upper section, and in the vertical axis of the mixing cup, the lid has a conical recess from which protrudes an elongated handle, roughly rectangular in shape when viewed from above. Its upper surface is shaped to match the upper surface of the lid, and the lower part of the handle body is shaped to match the surface of the conical recess of the lid. On the inner surface of the base bowl, in the axis of the mixing cup, there is a star-shaped engaging element surrounded by a stepped cylindrical element with three short lateral horizontal projections and one longer projection on its circumference. The cylindrical element is surrounded by a vertical wall with transverse rib elements, and the vertical wall is surrounded by a vertical wall whose side surface shape corresponds to the side surface shape of the cup.
