(USA) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik z pokrywka do przechowywania i spozywania artykulów spozywczych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z po- krywka do przechowywania i spozywania artykulów spozywczych, prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, pojemnik z pokrywka do przechowywania i spozywania artykulów spozywczych, majacy w widoku z góry zarys prostokatny, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest zaopatrzony w trzy wneki, z których dwie mniejsze sa usytuowane przylegle do jednego z boków najwiekszej z wnek, przy czym jedna z mniejszych wnek ma zarys kwadratowy, a kazda z wnek ma scianki boczne bedace sciankami bocznymi ostroslupa scietego, a ponadto pojemnik ma obwodowo rozciagajacy sie element kolnierzowy, na który jest nasuniety element kolnierzowy pokrywki, zaopatrzonej przy jednym z narozy w jezyczek z trzema skosnie roz- mieszczonymi zebrami oraz majacej trzy zaglebienia o zarysie pokrywa- jacym sie z zarysem trzech wnek pojemnika. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a container with a lid for storing and consuming foodstuffs, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the surfaces. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container and the lid situated above it in perspective views, Fig. 2 - the container with the lid in the closed position, also in perspective view, Fig. 3 - the container with the lid in a top view, Fig. 4 - the container with the lid in a bottom view, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 - the container with the lid in two opposite views of the shorter sides, while Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 show the container with the lid in two opposite views of the longer sides. According to the ornamental pattern and as shown in the attached drawings, a container with a lid for storing and consuming food products, having a rectangular outline in a top view, is characterized in that it is provided with three recesses, two smaller ones of which are situated adjacent to one of the sides of the largest of the recesses, wherein one of the smaller recesses has a square outline, and each of the recesses has side walls being the side walls of a truncated pyramid, and furthermore, the container has a circumferentially extending flange element, onto which is slipped the flange element of the lid, provided at one of the corners with a tongue with three obliquely arranged ribs and having three recesses with an outline coinciding with the outline of the three recesses of the container.
