Opakowanie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 13.03 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie w postaci dwuczesciowego pudelka, przeznaczonego na czekoladki lub inne wyroby cukiernicze. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac opakowania, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek perspektywiczny pudelka z uniesionym wieczkiem, fig.2 - widok pudelka z nalozonym wieczkiem od strony krótszego boku, fig 3 - widokpudelka z nalozonym wieczkiem od strony dluzszego boku, fig 4 - widok pudelka z góry. Opakowanie w postaci dwuczesciowego pudelka wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zarówno pudelko wlasciwe jak i wieczko pudelka w widoku z góry maja ksztalt o zarysie osmiokata w postaci prostokata ze scietymi narozami, któtego dlu- gosc jest kolo 1,5 razy wieksza od szerokosci, przy czym dwa najdluzsze boki osmio- kata sa okolo dwukrotnie dluzsze od dwóch boków do nich prostopadlych, zas wyso- kosc wieczka jest w przyblizeniu równa wysokosci pudelka wlasciwego.
