Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material opakowaniowy. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów powtarzajacego sie wzoru materialu opakowaniowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia material opakowaniowy w widoku z góry, a fig.2- zblizenie na fragment materialu opakowaniowego. Material opakowaniowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy powtarzajacy sie wzór, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: wzór utworzony jest przez powtarzajace sie rzedy elementów trójkatnych z falistymi bokami, stykajacych sienarozami. Ulozenie elementów trójkatnych obok siebie daje powtarzalnosc wzoru na liniach pionowych i skosnych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l i fig.2.FIG.1FIG.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a packaging material. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested through the features of the lines, contours, and shapes of the repeating pattern of the packaging material. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the packaging material from a top view, and Fig. 2 shows a close-up of a fragment of the packaging material. The packaging material according to the industrial design, comprising a repeating pattern, has the following essential features: the pattern is formed by repeating rows of triangular elements with wavy sides, touching at the corners.
