Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material opakowaniowy. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów powtarzajacego sie wzoru materialu opakowaniowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia material opakowaniowy w widoku z góry, a fig.2- zblizenie na fragment materialu opakowaniowego. Material opakowaniowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy powtarzajacy sie wzór, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: wzór utworzony jest przez powtarzajace sie poziome rzedy elementów trójkatnych z falistymi bokami utworzonymiprzez trzy faliste linie, stykajacych sie w rzedzie dwoma narozami. Ponadto ulozenie elementów trójkatnych w taki sposób, ze jeden element z rzedu górnego dotyka swym narozem do narozy dwóch elementów z rzedu dolnego, czyni powtarzalnosc wzoru na liniach skosnych w stosunku do dlugosci materialu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l i fig.2.FIG. 1FIG. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a packaging material. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested through the lines, contours, and shapes of the repeating pattern of the packaging material. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the packaging material from a top view, and Fig. 2 shows a close-up of a fragment of the packaging material. The packaging material according to the industrial design, comprising a repeating pattern, has the following essential features: the pattern is formed by repeating horizontal rows of triangular elements with wavy sides formed by three wavy lines, meeting in a row at two corners. Moreover, the arrangement of the triangular elements in such a way that one element from the upper row touches the corner of two elements from the lower row with its corner, makes the pattern repeat on diagonal lines in relation to the length of the material, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 and fig. 2.
