Ciastko Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 30.11.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest prostokatne ciastko - w jego kilku odmianach. Istota wzoru ciastka jest jego oryginalna postac, oraz uksztaltowanie powierzchni i krawedzi brzegowych rózne, w jego kolejnych odmianach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach fig. 1 do fig. 10, które przedstawiaj a kolejne odmiany ciastka. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - ciastko posiada ksztalt prostokata, na którego powierzchni - w poblizu krawedzi dluzszych boków - wykonane sa okragle, punktowe zaglebienia rozmieszczone w dwu równoleglych rzedach. Natomiast krawedzie brzegowe ciastka uksztaltowane sa z drobnych, pólkolistych luków, które przedluzone krótkimi odcinkami prostych zaglebien zachodza nieco na powierzchnie ciastka. Odmiana ciastka uwidoczniona na rysunku fig. 2 - posiada ksztalt analogiczny, jak ciastko uwidocznione na rysunku fig. 1 - tj. stanowi prostokat, na którego powierzchni - w poblizu krawedzi dluzszych boków - wykonane sa okragle punktowe zaglebienia rozmieszczone w dwu równoleglych rzedach. Natomiast krawedzie brzegowe ciastka uksztaltowane sa z drobnych, pólkolistych luków, które przedluzone krótkimi odcinkami prostych zaglebien zachodza nieco na powierzchnie ciastka. The industrial design is a rectangular cookie in several variations. The essence of the cookie design lies in its original form, as well as the shape of the surface and edges, which vary between variations. The industrial design is shown in Figures 1 to 10, which depict subsequent variations of the cookie. As shown in Figure 1, the cookie has a rectangular shape, with circular, dot-like depressions arranged in two parallel rows on its surface, near the edges of the longer sides. The edges of the cookie are formed by small, semicircular arcs, which, extended by short segments of straight depressions, slightly overlap the surface of the cookie. The cookie variation shown in Figure 2 has a shape similar to the cookie shown in Figure 1—i.e., it is a rectangle with two parallel rows of circular dotted recesses on its surface, near the edges of the longer sides. The edges of the cookie are formed by small, semicircular arcs, which, extended by short segments of straight recesses, overlap slightly onto the surface of the cookie. The higher arcs are bent outward, while the lower arcs are bent inward, and the arcs located in the corners of the rectangle are significantly larger than the arcs forming the sides. The number of arcs placed on the longer sides of the cookie is greater than the number of arcs placed on the corresponding sides of the cookie shown in Figure 5. Meanwhile, the outer edges of the cookie are shaped like two rows of small, semicircular arcs, with the inner arcs overlapping the ends of the outer arcs. Moreover, the arcs located in the corners of the rectangle are significantly larger than the arcs forming the sides of the cookie. The version of the cookie shown in Figure 10 has a shape analogous to the one shown in Figure 1—i.e., it is a rectangle on whose surface—near the edges of the longer sides—are made of round, dotted depressions arranged in two parallel rows. Meanwhile, the outer edges of the cookie are formed by two rows of small, semicircular arcs. The inner arcs overlap the ends of the outer arcs. Furthermore, the arcs located in the corners of the rectangle are significantly larger than the arcs forming the sides of the cookie. Additionally, in the center, between the upper and lower row of dot recesses, there is an inscription DELIC-POL, made in stylized letters, gradually decreasing in the central part of the inscription.
