W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, wkladka higieniczna, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wkladka higieniczna, wedlug pierwszej odmiany, ma postac czterowarstwowego arkusza o wydluzonym ksztalcie, którego dluzsze boczne krawedzie sa w centralnej czesci lekko, lukowato wygiete do srodka wkladki. Krawedzie krótsze wkladki sa pólkoliscie wygiete na zewnatrz, przy czym promien tego wygiecia jest znacznie mniejszy niz promien wygiecia krawedzi bocznych. Warstwy wkladki maja zmniejszajaca sie dlugosc i szerokosc, przy czym warstwa usytuowana od spodu jest najkrótsza i najwezsza. Warstwa ulozona od srodka jest nieco krótsza i nieco wezsza od najdluzszej warstwy. W czesci centralnej wkladka ma wydzielony, obszar, otoczony waska listwa którego krawedzie boczne sa w przyblizeniu równolegle do krawedzi wkladki. Wewnatrz tego obszaru jest ozdobny, powtarzajacy sie wzór w postaci dwóch, ulozonych z odstepem i ukosnie wzgledem siebie listków, pomiedzy którymi jest kropka. Ozdobny wzór jest ulozony w ukosnych, równoleglych krótszych rzedach i wzdluznych rzedach dluzszych. Wzdluz zewnetrznej krawedzi wkladka ma nieco szersza listwe otaczajaca. A od spodu wkladka ma prostokatny obrys obejmujacy prawie caly obszar wkladki. Priority: 30 April 2001. United Kingdom. The subject of the industrial design is a panty liner, designed to protect underwear from getting dirty. Compared to similar products of this type, the panty liner, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape and line arrangement. Within this area is a decorative, repeating pattern in the form of two leaves, spaced and diagonally apart, with a dot between them. The decorative pattern is arranged in diagonal, parallel shorter rows and longitudinal longer rows. Along the outer edge, the insert has a slightly wider border. On the underside, the insert has a rectangular outline encompassing almost the entire insert area. The essential features of the pantyliner are that it has the form of a four-layer sheet of elongated shape, the longer side edges of which are in the central part slightly, arc-shaped bent towards the centre of the pantyliner, and the shorter edges of the pantyliner are bent outwards in a semicircle, the radius of this bend being significantly smaller than the radius of the bend of the side edges, the layers of the pantyliner are of decreasing length and width, and the layer located at the bottom is the shortest and narrowest, while the layer located at the centre is slightly shorter and slightly narrower than the longest layer, while in the central part the pantyliner has a separated area surrounded by a narrow strip, the side edges of which are approximately parallel to the edges of the pantyliner, and inside this area there is a decorative, repeating pattern in the form of two, arranged with a gap and diagonally to each other, the leaves are separated by a dot, and the decorative pattern is arranged in diagonal, parallel shorter rows and longitudinal longer rows. Along the outer edge, the pad has a slightly wider surrounding strip, while on the underside, the pad has a rectangular outline covering almost the entire area of the pad, as shown in Figures 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. In the second variant, the panty liner has the form of a four-layer sheet with an elongated shape, the longer side edges of which are slightly, arcuately bent towards the center of the pad in the central part. The essential features of the panty liner, according to the second variant, are that it has the form of a four-layer sheet of elongated shape, the longer side edges of which are slightly, arc-shapedly bent towards the center of the pad in the central part, and the shorter edges of the pad are semicircularly bent outwards, the radius of this bend is much smaller than the radius of the bend of the side edges, and the layers of the pad have decreasing length and width, where the layer located at the bottom is the shortest and narrowest, while the layer placed at the center is slightly shorter and slightly narrower than the longest layer, and in the central part the pad has a separated area surrounded by a narrow strip, the lateral edges of which are approximately parallel to the edges of the insert. Inside this area there is a decorative, repeating pattern in the form of two leaves arranged with a space and diagonally relative to each other, with a dot between them, and the decorative pattern is arranged in diagonal, parallel shorter rows and longitudinal longer rows, and along the outer edge the insert has a slightly wider strip surrounding the shorter edges of the insert, while on the side of the longer edges it is widened to the sides in the form of side projections approximating a rectangle with rounded corners, while on the underside the insert has a rectangular outline situated in the central part of the insert and two rectangular outlines situated on the side projections of the insert, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2, 2.1,2.2,2.3.
