Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podeszwa higieniczna przylepna, do jednorazowego stosowania, zwlaszcza w solariach, gabinetach lekarskich i gabinetach kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, o indywidualnym charakterze, postac podeszwy higienicznej przylepnej, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i rozmieszczeniu elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na rysunku, na którym: 1) Fig. 1 przedstawia odmiane pierwsza podeszwy higienicznej przylepnej w widoku z góry, a Fig. 6 przedstawia odmiane pierwsza podeszwy higienicznej przylepnej w widoku aksonometrycznym, 2) Fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane druga podeszwy higienicznej przylepnej w widoku z góry, 3) Fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane trzecia podeszwy higienicznej przylepnej w widoku z góry, 4) Fig. 4 przedstawia odmiane czwarta podeszwy higienicznej przylepnej w widoku z góry,5) Fig. 5 przedstawia odmiane piata podeszwy higienicznej przylepnej w widoku z góry, Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Podeszwa higieniczna przylepna w odmianie pierwszej posiada element nosny 1, wykonany z cienkiego materialu nieprzylepnego, w ksztalcie prostokata. Na tym elemencie nosnym 1 znajduje sie element przylepny 2, w ksztalcie pasa o dwóch równoleglych krawedziach, którego szerokosc jest mniejsza, niz szerokosc elementu nosnego 1 Wzdluzna os symetrii elementu przylepnego 2 pokrywa sie z wzdluzna osia symetrii elementu nosnego 1. Element przylepny 2 znajduje sie na calej dlugosci elementu nosnego 1 (Fig. 1, Fig. 6). Podeszwa higieniczna przylepna w odmianie drugiej posiada element nosny i, wykonany z cienkiego materialu nieprzylepnego, w ksztalcie prostokata. Na tym elemencie nosnym 1 znajduje sie element przylepny 2 w ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym dluzsze boki tego prostokata usytuowane sa równolegle do dluzszych boków elementu nosnego 1, a ich dlugosc jest mniejsza od dlugosci elementu nosnego 1. Dlugosc krótszych boków prostokata, stanowiacego element przylepny 2, jest mniejsza od szerokosci elementu nosnego 1. Wzdluzna os symetrii elementu przylepnego 2 pokrywa sie z wzdluzna osia symetrii elementu nosnego 1 (Fig. 2). Podeszwa higieniczna przylepna w odmianie trzeciej posiada element nosny 1, wykonany z cienkiego materialu nieprzylepnego, w ksztalcie prostokata. Na tym elemencie nosnym 1 znajduja sie elementy przylepne 2, w ksztalcie pasówo dwóch równoleglych krawedziach, przy czym te elementy przylepne 2 usytuowane sa równolegle wzgledem siebie. Wzdluzne osie symetrii elementów przylepnych 2 sa równolegle do wzdluznej osi symetrii elementu nosnego 1. Elementy przylepne 2 sa usytuowane w czesci srodkowej elementu nosnego i w taki sposób, ze wzdluzna os symetrii obszaru ograniczonego lewa krawedzia lewego skrajnego elementu przylepnego 2 i prawa krawedzia prawego skrajnego elementu przylepnego 2, pokrywa sie z wzdluzna osia symetrii elementu nosnego 1 (Fig. 3). Podeszwa higieniczna przylepna w odmianie czwartej posiada element nosny 1, wykonany z cienkiego materialu nieprzylepnego, w ksztalcie prostokata. Na tym elemencie nosnym i znajduja sie elementy przylepne 2 w ksztalcie prostokatów. Prostokaty te sa tak usytuowane, ze ciag tych prostokatów tworzy pas przebiegajacy wzdluz elementu nosnego 1. Szerokosc tego pasa jest mniejsza, niz szerokosc elementu nosnego 1 Wzdluzna os symetrii tego pasa pokrywa sie z wzdluzna osia symetrii elementu nosnego 1 (Fig. 4). Podeszwa higieniczna przylepna w odmianie piatej posiada element nosny 1, wykonany z cienkiego materialu nieprzylepnego, w ksztalcie prostokata. Na tym elemencie nosnym i znajduja sie elementy przylepne 2, o ksztalcie owali. Owale te sa tak usytuowane, ze ciag tych owali tworzy pas przebiegajacy wzdluz elementu nosnego 1 Szerokosc tego pasa jest mniejsza, niz szerokosc elementu nosnego 1 Wzdluzna os symetrii tego pasa pokrywa sie z wzdluzna osia symetrii elementu nosnego i (Fig. 5).Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 6 PL PLThe industrial design is for a hygienic adhesive sole for single use, particularly in solariums, medical practices, and beauty salons. The essence of the industrial design is a new, unique form of the adhesive hygienic sole, manifested in its shape, line layout, and arrangement of elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which: 1) Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the adhesive hygienic sole in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the first variant of the adhesive hygienic sole in an axonometric view, 2) Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the adhesive hygienic sole in a top view, 3) Fig. 3 shows the third variant of the adhesive hygienic sole in a top view, 4) Fig. 4 shows the fourth variant of the adhesive hygienic sole in a top view, 5) Fig. 5 shows the fifth variant of the adhesive hygienic sole in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design: The adhesive hygienic sole in the first variant has a supporting element 1 made of a thin non-adhesive material in the shape of a rectangle. On this support element 1 there is an adhesive element 2, in the form of a strip with two parallel edges, the width of which is smaller than the width of the support element 1. The longitudinal axis of symmetry of the adhesive element 2 coincides with the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the support element 1. The adhesive element 2 is located along the entire length of the support element 1 (Fig. 1, Fig. 6). The adhesive hygienic sole in the second variant has a support element i made of a thin non-adhesive material in the shape of a rectangle. On this support element 1 there is an adhesive element 2 in the shape of a rectangle, wherein the longer sides of this rectangle are situated parallel to the longer sides of the support element 1 and their length is shorter than the length of the support element 1. The length of the shorter sides of the rectangle, constituting the adhesive element 2, is shorter than the width of the support element 1. The longitudinal axis of symmetry of the adhesive element 2 coincides with the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the support element 1 (Fig. 2). The adhesive hygienic sole in the third variant has a support element 1 made of a thin non-adhesive material in the shape of a rectangle. On this support element 1 there are adhesive elements 2 in the form of strips with two parallel edges, wherein these adhesive elements 2 are arranged parallel to each other. The longitudinal axes of symmetry of the adhesive elements 2 are parallel to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the support element 1. The adhesive elements 2 are arranged in the central part of the support element and in such a way that the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the area bounded by the left edge of the leftmost adhesive element 2 and the right edge of the rightmost adhesive element 2 coincides with the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the support element 1 (Fig. 3). The adhesive hygienic sole in the fourth variant has a support element 1 made of a thin, non-adhesive material in the shape of a rectangle. On this support element 1 there are adhesive elements 2 in the shape of rectangles. These rectangles are arranged so that a sequence of these rectangles forms a strip running along the support element 1. The width of this strip is smaller than the width of the support element 1. The longitudinal axis of symmetry of this strip coincides with the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the support element 1 (Fig. 4). The fifth variant of the adhesive hygienic sole has a support element 1 made of a thin, non-adhesive material in the shape of a rectangle. On this support element 1 there are adhesive elements 2 in the shape of ovals. These ovals are arranged in such a way that a sequence of them forms a strip running along the supporting element 1. The width of this strip is smaller than the width of the supporting element 1.
