Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko o ksztalcie przypominajacym wachlarz. Istota wzoru ciastka jest jego oryginalna postac, uklad linii oraz uksztaltowanie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig. 1 . Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - ciastko posiada ksztalt zblizony do wachlarza zlozonego z pionowych segmentów, których górna krawedz jest sfalowana. Segmenty te na dole sa waskie, a u góry szersze, przy czym segment srodkowy jest wyzszy od pozostalych, zas kolejne boczne segmenty sa stopniowo nizsze. Ponizej, umieszczona jest figura, o konturach tworzacych na dole linie prosta, po bokach zakonczona symetrycznie kolistymi lukami polaczonymi u góry pozioma, lekko wypukla linia Na powierzchni tej figury znajduje sie napis „CACAO". Cecha istotna wzoru jest to, ze: - posiada ksztalt zblizony do wachlarza zlozonego z pionowych segmentów, przy czym jego górna krawedz jest sfalowana, - segmenty na dole sa waskie, a u góry szersze, przy czym segment srodkowy jest wyzszy od pozostalych, a kolejne boczne segmenty sa stopniowo nizsze, - ponizej segmentów, umieszczona jest figura, o konturach tworzacych na dole linie prosta, po bokach zakonczona symetrycznie kolistymi lukami polaczonymi u góry pozioma, lekko wypukla linia, przy czym na powierzchni tej figury znajduje sie napis „CACAO".Fig.1 PL PL PLThe industrial design is a fan-shaped cookie. The essence of the cookie's design lies in its unique form, line layout, and surface finish. The industrial design is shown in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 1, the cookie has a fan-like shape composed of vertical segments with a wavy upper edge. These segments are narrow at the bottom and wider at the top, with the central segment being higher than the others, while the subsequent side segments are progressively lower. Below, there is a figure with contours forming a straight line at the bottom, terminating on the sides in symmetrical circular arcs connected at the top by a horizontal, slightly convex line. The inscription "CACAO" appears on the surface of this figure. The essential feature of the pattern is that: - it has a shape similar to a fan composed of vertical segments, with its upper edge being wavy, - the segments at the bottom are narrow and at the top wider, with the central segment being higher than the others, and the subsequent side segments being gradually lower, - below the segments, there is a figure, with contours forming a straight line at the bottom, on the sides ending with symmetrical circular arcs connected at the top by a horizontal, slightly convex line, and on the surface of this figure there is the inscription "CACAO".
