Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Tego typu butelka jest przeznaczony zwlaszcza na plyny. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowym ksztaltem i ukladem linii . Wzór butelki uwidoczniono na rysunku , na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu , fig.2 - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, fig.3 - butelke w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig.4 - butelke w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig.5 - butelke w widoku od spodu. Butelka , wedlug wzoru, ma szyjke i korpus w ksztalcie walca, którego srednica zmniejsza sie nieznacznie, a nastepnie zwieksza w kierunku podstawy butelki. Szyjka butelki jest nagwintowana oraz ma uksztaltowany kolnierz. Pomiedzy szyjka butelki i korpusem jest uksztaltowana kopula z eliptycznymi obrysami, ulozonymi poprzecznie i wokól szyjki butelki. Korpus butelki, w czesci górnej, jest podzielony na cztery segmenty, przy czym dolny segment, majacy obwodowe wklesniecie w srodkowej czesci, jest szerszy niz pozostale. Dolna czesc korpusu butelki ma, na swej powierzchni bocznej , usytuowane wspólosiowo, zblizone ksztaltem do elipsy, trzyzaglebienia, usytuowane jeden nad drugim z poziomo ulozona dluzsza srednica elipsy. Dolne zaglebienie ma najmniejszy wymiar. Pomiedzy zaglebieniami korpus butelki ma trzy wzdluzne paski ustawione pionowo i zaokraglone na górze i na dole , przy czym jeden pasek jest centralnie usytuowany, zas pozostale, dluzsze paski sa umieszczone po obu jego stronach i sa nieco wygiete w kierunku srodkowego paska. Dno butelki, jest wklesle , .a jego srednica zmniejsza sie do dolu butelki, jest oddzielone od korpusu pierscieniowym , obwodowym rowkiem. Od spodu dno butelki ma, w srodku kolisty obrys od którego odchodzi piec promieniowo rozmieszczonych rowków. This type of bottle is intended primarily for liquids. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the bottle, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by its new shape and line arrangement. The bottle design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view from below, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a perspective view from above, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a view from one side, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a view from the other side, Fig. 5 - the bottle in a view from below. The bottle, according to the design, has a neck and body in the shape of a cylinder, the diameter of which decreases slightly and then increases towards the base of the bottle. The neck of the bottle is threaded and has a shaped collar. Between the bottle neck and the body is a dome-shaped structure with elliptical contours arranged transversely and around the neck. The upper part of the bottle body is divided into four segments, with the lower segment, which has a circumferential concavity in the middle, being wider than the others. The lower part of the bottle body has, on its lateral surface, three coaxial, almost ellipse-shaped recesses, one above the other, with the longer diameter of the ellipse arranged horizontally. The lower recess has the smallest dimension. Between the recesses, the bottle body has three longitudinal stripes arranged vertically and rounded at the top and bottom, with one stripe centrally located, and the remaining, longer stripes placed on either side and slightly curved towards the central stripe. The bottle's concave bottom, with its diameter decreasing towards the bottom, is separated from the body by an annular, circumferential groove. At the bottom, the bottle's bottom has a circular outline in the center, from which five radially arranged grooves radiate. The essential features of the bottle, according to the model, are that it has a neck and a body in the shape of a cylinder, the diameter of which decreases slightly and then increases towards the base of the bottle, wherein the bottle neck is threaded and has a shaped collar, and between the bottle neck and the body there is a shaped dome with elliptical outlines, arranged transversely and around the bottle neck, and the bottle body, in its upper part, is divided into four segments, wherein the lower segment, having a circumferential concavity in the middle part, is wider than the others, wherein the lower part of the bottle body has, on its lateral surface, three coaxially located recesses, close to the shape of an ellipse, located one above the other with a horizontally arranged longer diameter of the ellipse, and the lower recess has the smallest dimension, and between the recesses the bottle body has three longitudinal strips arranged vertically and rounded at the top and bottom, where one strip is located centrally, the remaining, longer strips are placed on both sides of it and are slightly bent towards the central strip, while the bottom of the bottle is concave and its diameter decreases towards the bottom of the bottle, it is separated from the body by an annular, circumferential groove, and at the bottom the bottom of the bottle has, in the center, a circular outline from which five radially arranged grooves extend, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1-5.
