Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Butelka w pierwszej odmianie wzoru ma dolna czesc korpusu butelki o ksztalcie zblizonym do beczki. Dolna czesc korpusu konczy sie powyzej srodka korpusu, przechodzac w górna czesc korpusu butelki w ksztalcie zblizonym do kuli ze scieta czescia dolna. Kulista czesc górna przechodzi w szyjke butelki. Dnobutelki jest okragle, a przy podstawie korpus butelki posiada obwodowy pierscieniowy wystep o jednakowej wysokosci. Butelka w drugiej odmianie wzoru ma dolna czesc korpusu butelki o ksztalcie zblizonym do beczki. Dolna czesc korpusu konczy sie powyzej srodka korpusu, przechodzac wkleslym obwodowym rowkiem w górna czesc korpusu butelki w ksztalcie zblizonym do kuli ze scieta czescia dolna. Kulista czesc górna przechodzi w szyjke butelki. Dno butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. Cechami istotnymi butelki w pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze ma dolna czesc korpusu butelki o ksztalcie zblizonym do beczki, przy czym dolna czesc korpusu konczy sie powyzej srodka korpusu, przechodzac w górna czesc korpusu butelki o ksztalcie zblizonym do kuli ze scieta czescia dolna, która przechodzi w szyjke butelki oraz dno butelki jest okragle, a przy podstawie korpus butelki posiada obwodowy pierscieniowy wystep o jednakowej wysokosci, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1.1 shows the bottle in the first design variant in a perspective view, fig. 2.1 - the bottle from fig. 1.1 in a front view, the view of the bottle from the back and both sides being identical, fig. 3.1 - the bottle from fig. 1.1 in a top view, fig. 4.1 - the bottle from fig. 1.1 in a bottom view, fig. 1.2 shows the bottle in the second design variant in a perspective view, fig. 2.2 - the bottle from fig. 1.2 in a front view, the view of the bottle from the back being identical, fig. 3.2 - the bottle from fig. 1.2 in a view from one side, the view of the bottle from the other side being identical, fig. 4.2 - the bottle from fig. 1.2 in a top view, fig. 5.2 - the bottle from fig. 1.2 in a bottom view. The bottle in the first design variation has a barrel-shaped lower body. The lower body ends above the center of the body, transitioning into the upper body, which is shaped like a sphere with a beveled lower section. The spherical upper section transitions into the bottleneck. The bottom of the bottle is round, and at the base, the bottleneck has a circumferential annular protrusion of equal height. The bottle in the second design variation has a barrel-shaped lower body. The lower body ends above the center of the body, transitioning through a concave circumferential groove into the upper body, which is shaped like a sphere with a beveled lower section. The spherical upper section transitions into the bottleneck. The bottom of the bottle has a shape similar to an ellipse. The essential features of the bottle in the first variant of the industrial design are that it has a lower part of the bottle body in a shape similar to a barrel, wherein the lower part of the body ends above the middle of the body, passing into the upper part of the bottle body in a shape similar to a sphere with a cut lower part which passes into the neck of the bottle, and the bottom of the bottle is round, and at the base the bottle body has a circumferential annular projection of the same height, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1.
