Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia maskotke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 maskotke w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 3 maskotke w widoku z tylu. Maskotka ma postac siedzacego pajacyka lekko pochylonego ku tylowi. Jego glowa w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt kolisty ograniczony od góry kapeluszem. Tulów w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt beczulkowaty i posiada u dolu trójkatne wyciecie tworzace zakonczenie tulowia para krótkich nóg, na których umieszczone sa papcie w ksztalcie elips w widoku z przodu i z boku. W górnej czesci tulowia znajduja sie wzniesione skosnie ku górze rece w ksztalcie krótkich elementów walcowych zakonczonych kolistym wystepem. W górnej czesci glowy umieszczone sa oczy w ksztalcie elips usytuowanych pionowo, nos w ksztalcie elipsy w przekroju wzdluznym zakonczony kuliscie i usta utworzone z dwóch luków przesunietych wzgledem siebie, wzniesionychku górze. Kapelusz maskotki ma ksztalt cylindryczny zakonczony u góry kuliscie, a u dolu obwodowym zwienczeniem w ksztalcie stozka scietego. Tulów ma, od polowy wysokosci w góre, z tylu i z przodu szelki w postaci dwóch równoleglych pasków oraz muszke utworzona z dwóch identycznych skrajnych elementów o ksztalcie trapezu i jednego mniejszego w srodku. Tulów, rece, nogi, kapelusz, muszka oraz szelki maskotki wykonane sa z segmentów kolorystycznie kontrastowych, przy czym kolor jednego z segmentów jest bialy. Kapelusz i tulów skladaja sie z ulozonych przemiennie czterech segmentów. PL PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from: February 4, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a mascot. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in shape, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the mascot from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the back. The mascot takes the form of a seated puppet slightly tilted backward. Its head from the front is circular, capped at the top by a hat. The torso from the front is barrel-shaped and has a triangular cutout at the bottom, forming the end of the torso, a pair of short legs, on which are placed slippers in the shape of ellipses from the front and side. The upper torso features arms raised diagonally upwards, shaped like short cylindrical elements terminating in a circular protrusion. The upper part of the head features vertically ellipse-shaped eyes, an elliptical nose in longitudinal section terminating in a spherical shape, and a mouth formed by two arches offset from each other, rising upward. The mascot's hat is cylindrical, terminating in a spherical shape at the top and a circumferential finial in the shape of a truncated cone at the bottom. The torso features, from mid-height upwards, suspenders in the form of two parallel straps at the back and front, and a bow tie composed of two identical trapezoidal elements at the ends and a smaller one in the middle. The mascot's torso, arms, legs, hat, bow tie, and suspenders are made of contrasting color segments, with one segment being white. The hat and torso consist of four alternating segments.
