Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przednie okratowanie wlotu chlodnicy przeznaczone do samochodu, zwlaszcza osobowego. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, przednie okratowanie wlotu chlodnicy wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacji. Wzór przedniego okratowania wlotu chlodnicy jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia przednie okratowanie wlotu chlodnicy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przednie okratowanie wlotu chlodnicy w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 - w widoku z prawego boku. Przednie okratowanie wlotu chlodnicy, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, jest po bokach lukowo zagiety do wewnatrz, a od góry ma zagieta do wewnatrz sciankegórna o'profilu majacym wystepy, wciecia i podciecia lukowe, proste, zalamane oraz zarysy lukowe, proste, zalamane i kolowe. Sciana przednia przedniego okratowania wlotu chlodnicy jest ukosnie nachylona ku dolowi, ma na calej swojej powierzchni równomiernie rozmieszczone male okragle otworki, a w czesci srodkowej ma lukowe wystajace ku górze i ku dolowi poszerzenie majace w srodku kolowy otwór o ukosnej sciance wewnetrznej i wymiarze' zewnetrznym wiekszym od szerokosci pasa malych okraglych otworków. Cechami istotnymi przedniego okratowania wlotu chlodnicy jest to, ze ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, jest po bokach lukowo zagiety do wewnatrz, a od góry ma zagieta do wewnatrz scianke górna o profilu majacym wystepy, wciecia i podciecia lukowe, proste, zalamane oraz zarysy lukowe, proste, zalamane i kolowe. Compared to similar designs of this type, the front radiator grille is distinguished by its novel design, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material, and ornamentation. The design of the front radiator grille is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the front radiator grille from a front view, Fig. 2 shows the front radiator grille from a top view, and Fig. 3 shows the right side view. The front radiator grille, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a trapezoidal shape in front view, inward-curved arcs on the sides, and an inward-curved upper wall with a profile containing projections, indentations, and undercuts in the form of arcs, straight and broken arcs, as well as straight, broken, and circular arcs. The front wall of the front radiator grille is diagonally inclined downward, has evenly distributed small circular openings across its entire surface, and in the central section has an arc-like extension protruding upwards and downwards, with a central circular opening with an oblique inner wall and an outer dimension greater than the width of the band of small circular openings. Rectangular projections extend symmetrically downward from the lower edge of the front radiator grille. The essential features of the front radiator grille are that it has a trapezoidal shape from the front, is curved inward at the sides, and has an inward-curved upper wall at the top with a profile that includes projections, recesses, and undercuts in the form of arcs, straight lines, and kinks, as well as arcs, straight lines, kinks, and circular contours. The front wall of the front radiator grille is diagonally inclined downward, has evenly spaced small circular openings across its entire surface, and in the middle section has an arched extension extending upwards and downwards, having a circular opening in the center with a diagonal inner wall and an outer dimension greater than the width of the band of small circular openings.
