Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona na kolo pojazdu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony na kolo pojazdu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór oslony na kolo pojazdu uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia oslone na kolo pojazdu w widoku od przodu, fig. 2 - oslone z fig. 1 w widoku od spodu, fig. 3 - oslone z fig. 1, w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu. Oslona na kolo pojazdu jest w ksztalcie wypuklej tarczy kolowej z kolowym otworem srodkowym i rozmieszczonymi symetrycznie wokól niego czterema kolowymi zaglebieniami z otworami w ich dnie. Wedlug wzoru, oslona na kolo pojazdu od strony czolowej, oslona ma osiem rozmieszczonych symetrycznie wzgledem srodka wglebien, które maja zarys zblizony do trapezowego i sa zakonczone pochyla powierzchnia od strony srodka oslony przechodzaca lagodnie w powierzchnie srodka oslony, przy czym, na dnie tych wglebien, w poblizu obrzeza oslony, sa uksztaltowane otwory o zarysie zblizonym do trapezowego, natomiast od strony spodniej oslona ma wystepy wmiejscu wglebien czolowych, a na zewnatrz otworów, równolegle do obrzeza ma uksztaltowana stojaca krawedz posiadajaca zalamania przy otworach. Cechami charakterystycznymi oslony na kolo pojazdu jest to, ze od strony czolowej, oslona ma osiem rozmieszczonych symetrycznie wzgledem srodka wglebien, które maja zarys zblizony do trapezowego i sa zakonczone pochyla powierzchnia od strony srodka oslony przechodzaca lagodnie w powierzchnie srodka oslony, przy czym, na dnie tych wglebien, w poblizu obrzeza oslony, sa uksztaltowane otwory o zarysie zblizonym do trapezowego, natomiast od strony spodniej oslona ma wystepy w miejscu wglebien czolowych, a na zewnatrz otworów, równolegle do obrzeza ma uksztaltowana stojaca krawedz posiadajaca zalamania przy otworach, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-3.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle wheel cover. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of vehicle wheel cover, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The design of the vehicle wheel cover is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the vehicle wheel cover from the front, Fig. 2 shows the cover from Fig. 1 from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the cover from Fig. 1 in a perspective front view. The vehicle wheel cover is in the shape of a convex wheel disc with a central circular opening and four circular recesses symmetrically arranged around it, with openings in their bottoms. According to the model, a vehicle wheel guard on the front side has eight recesses arranged symmetrically in relation to the center, which have an outline close to a trapezoid and are terminated with an inclined surface from the side of the center of the guard, which smoothly transitions into the surface of the center of the guard, wherein at the bottom of these recesses, near the periphery of the guard, there are holes shaped with an outline close to a trapezoid, while on the bottom side the guard has projections in place of the front recesses, and outside the holes, parallel to the periphery, there is a shaped standing edge with bends at the holes. The characteristic features of the vehicle wheel guard are that on the front side, the guard has eight recesses arranged symmetrically in relation to the center, which have an outline close to a trapezoid and are terminated with an inclined surface from the side of the center of the guard, passing gently into the surface of the center of the guard, wherein, at the bottom of these recesses, near the edge of the guard, there are holes shaped with an outline close to a trapezoid, while on the bottom side, the guard has projections in place of the front recesses, and on the outside of the holes, parallel to the edge, there is a shaped standing edge with bends at the holes, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-3.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL
