Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona na kolo pojazdu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony na kolo pojazdu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór oslony na kolo pojazdu uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia oslone na kolo pojazdu w widoku od przodu, fig. 2 - oslone z fig. 1 w widoku od spodu, fig. 3 - oslone z fig. 1, w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu. Oslona na kolo pojazdu jest w ksztalcie wypuklej tarczy kolowej z kolowym otworem srodkowym i rozmieszczonymi symetrycznie wokól niego czterema kolowymi zaglebieniami z otworami w ich dnie. Oslona, od strony czolowej przy swoim obrzezu, ma wglebienia od srodka oslony o zarysie owalnym i zakonczone pochyla powierzchnia a od strony obrzeza o zarysie lukowym, przy czym cztery rozmieszczone symetrycznie wglebienia sa szersze, od strony obrzeza maja zaokraglona na górze scianke i sa przedzielone promieniowo usytuowanym, zaokraglonym na górze zebrem, a po obu stronach zebra, w dnie wglebienia znajduja sie otwory o zarysie zblizonym do trójkatnego.Cztery pozostale wglebienia sa wezsze, sa rozmieszczone pomiedzy wglebieniami szerszymi i maja w dnie uksztaltowane otwory o zarysie zblizonym do polowy elipsy. Natomiast od strony spodniej oslona ma wystepy w miejscu wglebien czolowych i zaglebienia w miejscu zeber, a na zewnatrz otworów, równolegle do obrzeza ma uksztaltowana stojaca krawedz posiadajaca zalamania przy otworach wezszych wglebien i przy zebrach szerszych wglebien. Cechami charakterystycznymi oslony na kolo pojazdu jest to, ze od strony czolowej, przy swoim obrzezu, oslona ma wglebienia od srodka oslony o zarysie owalnym i zakonczone pochyla powierzchnia a od strony obrzeza o zarysie lukowym, przy czym cztery rozmieszczone symetrycznie wglebienia sa szersze, od strony obrzeza maja zaokraglona na górze scianke i sa przedzielone promieniowo usytuowanym, zaokraglonym na górze zebrem, a po obu stronach zebra, w dnie wglebienia znajduja sie otwory o zarysie zblizonym do trójkatnego, a cztery pozostale wglebienia sa wezsze, sa rozmieszczone pomiedzy wglebieniami szerszymi i maja w dnie uksztaltowane otwory o zarysie zblizonym do polowy elipsy, natomiast od strony spodniej oslona ma wystepy w miejscu wglebien czolowych i zaglebienia w miejscu zeber, a na zewnatrz otworów, równolegle do obrzeza ma uksztaltowana stojaca krawedz posiadajaca zalamania przy otworach wezszych wglebien i przy zebrach szerszych wglebien, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-3.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle wheel cover. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of vehicle wheel cover, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The design of the vehicle wheel cover is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the vehicle wheel cover from the front, Fig. 2 shows the cover from Fig. 1 from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the cover from Fig. 1 in a perspective front view. The vehicle wheel cover is in the shape of a convex wheel disc with a central circular opening and four circular recesses symmetrically arranged around it, with openings in their bottoms. The cover, on the front side near its periphery, has recesses from the center of the cover with an oval outline and ending with a sloping surface, and on the side of the periphery with an arc-shaped outline. Four symmetrically arranged recesses are wider, on the side of the periphery they have a rounded wall at the top and are divided by a radially placed rib, rounded at the top, and on both sides of the rib, in the bottom of the recess there are holes with an outline close to triangular. The four remaining recesses are narrower, placed between the wider recesses and have holes in the bottom with an outline close to half an ellipse. On the underside, the cover has projections in place of the frontal recesses and recesses in place of the ribs, and on the outside of the openings, parallel to the rim, it has a shaped standing edge with bends at the openings of the narrower recesses and at the ribs of the wider recesses. The characteristic features of a vehicle wheel guard are that on the front side, near its periphery, the guard has recesses from the center of the guard with an oval outline and ending with a sloping surface and on the side of the periphery with an arc-shaped outline, wherein four symmetrically arranged recesses are wider, on the side of the periphery they have a wall rounded at the top and are separated by a radially located rib rounded at the top, and on both sides of the rib, in the bottom of the recess there are holes with an outline close to triangular, and the four remaining recesses are narrower, are placed between the wider recesses and have in the bottom shaped holes with an outline close to half an ellipse, while on the bottom side the guard has protrusions in place of the front recesses and recesses in place of the ribs, and outside the holes, parallel to the rim has a shaped standing edge with breaks at the openings of the narrower recesses and at the ribs of the wider recesses, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-3.
