Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu cukierniczego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok perspektywiczny wyrobu cukierniczego, fig. 2 - widok z góry na wyrób cukierniczy, fig 3 - widok z bokuna wyrób cukierniczy, fig. 4 - widok z przodu na wyrób cukierniczy, zas fig 5 - przedstawia widok z dolu na wyrób cukierniczy. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, wyrób cukierniczy osadzony centrycznie na plaskim prostokatnym patyku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze od podstawy ku górze zmniejsza swoja srednice. Tylnia scianka jest prostopadla do podstawy a scianka przednia po luku krzywizny, skierowana jest do scianki tylniej, z która laczy sie przy wierzcholku. W widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, zas w widoku z góry i dolu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata. Wysokosc wyrobu cukierniczego jest okolo 2,5-krotnie wieksza od szerokosci.
