Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac loda na patyku, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie postaci z bajek i w kolorysty- ce . Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.1 przedstawia lód na pa- tyku w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- lód na patyku w widoku z przodu, a fig.3- lód na patyku w widoku z boku. Lód na patyku wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt bryly, której sciana przednia i tylna ma w przyblizeniu zarys trójkata z zaokraglonymi narozami i z lukowatymi bokami, przy czym na scianie przedniej znajdujesie wizerunek glowy myszy w kolorze brazowo-kremowo-czarnym, zas pozostale sciany sa w kolorze kremowym. The essence of the design is a new form of an ice cream on a stick, manifested in the shape of a fairy-tale character and in the colors. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 shows the ice cream on a stick in perspective, fig. 2 - the ice cream on a stick in front view, and fig. 3 - the ice cream on a stick in side view. The ice lolly, according to the design, is characterized by its shape, the front and back walls of which are roughly triangular in shape with rounded corners and arched sides, with the front wall featuring an image of a brown, cream, and black mouse head, while the other walls are cream colored.
