Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ornamentyce i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pierwsza odmiane tego uchwytu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - druga odmiane tego uchwytu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1 w widoku od spodu. fig. 5 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 2 w widoku od spodu, a fig. 6 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 3 w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1 i 4 w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt wycinka pierscienia, zakonczonego na swych koncach stopkami o profilu zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego, natomiast w widoku z góry ma ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej, przy czym na górnej powierzchni czesci chwytowej ma ornament utworzony z wglebien pólkulistych usytuowanych w trzech rzedach i symetrycznie rozmieszczonych wzgledem siebie. Czesc chwytowa uchwytu pomiedzy jego stopkami ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi jego krótszymi bokami, natomiast stopki w widoku od spodu maja ksztalt trójkatów równobocznych z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami, do których przylega górna soczewkowa sciana uchwytu, przy czym obie stopki zaopatrzone sa w tulejki usytuowane pionowo i równolegle wzgledem siebie. Pierwsza odmiana uchwytu meblowego pokazana na fig. 2 i 5 ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt wycinka pierscienia zakonczonego na swych koncach stopkami o profilu zblizonym do trójkata, którego wierzcholki przechodza plynnie w czesc chwytowa, natomiast w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do soczewki dwuwypuklej, przy czym na górnej powierzchni czesc chwytowa ma dwa identyczne zaglebienia w ksztalcie soczewki plasko-wypuklej, usytuowane naprzeciw siebie i na obrzezach tej powierzchni. Czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu pomiedzy stopkami ma w przekroju pionowym ksztalt zblizony do ceownika, którego zaokraglone boczne pólki skierowane sa ku dolowi, natomiast stopki w widoku od spodu maja ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi krótszymi wewnetrznymi bokami z przegroda poprzeczna tworzaca dwie komory z tulejkami pionowymi umieszczonymi w komorach wewnetrznych. Druga odmiana uchwytu meblowego pokazana na fig. 3 i 6 w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt wycinka pierscienia zakonczonego na swych koncach stopkami o profilu zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego, natomiast w widoku z góry ma ksztalt prostokata. Czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu pomiedzy jego stopkami w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, którego krótsze skosne boki polaczone sa promieniowo ze scianka dolna tej czesci, natomiast stopki w widoku od spodu maja ksztalt ramek prostokatnych z zaokraglonymi wewnetrznymi krótszymi bokami, zaopatrzonych w tulejki usytuowane pionowo w poblizu krótszych wewnetrznych boków tej stopki. Ponadto kazda stopke uchwytu meblowego stanowi czesc stala, bedaca fragmentem profilu trójkatnego, tworzaca monolit z uchwytemoraz polaczony z nia segment, bedacy uzupelnieniem tego profilu, przy czym segment ten posiada kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem czesci chwytowej uchwytu meblowego. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, ornamentation, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the first variant of this handle in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - the second variant of this handle in a perspective view, Fig. 4 - the furniture handle shown in Fig. 1 in a bottom view, Fig. 5 - the furniture handle shown in Fig. 2 in a bottom view, and Fig. 6 - the furniture handle shown in Fig. 3 in a bottom view. The furniture handle shown in Figures 1 and 4, in a front view, has the shape of a ring segment terminated at its ends by feet with a profile resembling a right-angled triangle. In a top view, it has the shape of a biconvex lens, with the upper surface of the grip portion featuring an ornament made of hemispherical recesses arranged in three rows and symmetrically spaced relative to each other. The grip portion of the handle between its feet has a cross-sectional shape resembling a rectangle with rounded shorter sides, while the feet, in a bottom view, have the shape of equilateral triangles with rounded tops, to which the upper, lens-shaped wall of the handle abuts, with both feet provided with sleeves arranged vertically and parallel to each other. The first type of furniture handle shown in Figures 2 and 5 has a front view in the shape of a section of a ring terminated at its ends by feet with a profile similar to a triangle, the vertices of which merge smoothly into the gripping portion. In a top view, it has a shape similar to a biconvex lens, with the gripping portion having two identical recesses in the shape of a plano-convex lens on its upper surface, located opposite each other and on the periphery of that surface. In vertical cross-section, the gripping portion of this handle, between the feet, has a shape similar to a C-profile, the rounded side shelves of which point downward, while the feet, viewed from below, have a rectangular shape with rounded shorter inner sides and a transverse partition forming two chambers with vertical sleeves placed in the inner chambers. The second type of furniture handle, shown in Figures 3 and 6, is a front view shaped like a section of a ring terminated at its ends by feet with a profile resembling a right-angled triangle, while in a top view it has a rectangular shape. The gripping portion of this handle, between its feet, has a cross-sectional shape resembling a trapezoid, the shorter, oblique sides of which are radially connected to the lower wall of this part. In a bottom view, the feet are rectangular frames with rounded inner shorter sides, provided with sleeves positioned vertically near the shorter inner sides of the foot. Moreover, each foot of the furniture handle is a fixed part, being a fragment of a triangular profile, forming a monolith with the handle and a segment connected to it, which is a complement to this profile, wherein this segment has a colour contrasting with the colour of the grip part of the furniture handle. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle with a gripping part being a section of a ring, provided with feet, shown in the attached drawings fig. 1-6, is characterized in that: - in a front view it has the shape of a section of a ring, terminated at its ends with feet with a profile similar to a right-angled triangle, while in a top view it has the shape of a biconvex lens, while on the upper surface of the gripping part it has an ornament made of hemispherical recesses situated in three rows and symmetrically arranged in relation to each other, while its gripping part of the handle between its feet has in cross-section the shape similar to a rectangle with its shorter sides rounded, while the feet in a view from below have the shape of equilateral triangles with rounded tops, to which the upper lens-shaped wall of the handle adjoins, wherein both feet are provided with sleeves arranged vertically and parallel to each other, as shown in Figs. 1 and 4; - in the front view it has the shape of a section of a ring terminated at its ends with feet with a profile similar to a triangle, the vertices of which smoothly pass into the gripping part, while in the top view it has a shape similar to a biconvex lens, wherein on the upper surface the gripping part has two identical recesses in the shape of a plano-convex lens, situated opposite each other and on the edges of this surface, and the gripping part of this handle between the feet has in the vertical cross-section a shape similar to a C-profile, the rounded side shelves of which are directed downwards, while the feet in the bottom view have the shape of a rectangle with rounded shorter sides with a transverse partition forming two chambers with vertical sleeves placed in the internal chambers, as shown in figures 2 and S; - in the front view it has the shape of a section of a ring terminated at its ends with feet with a profile similar to a right-angled triangle, while in the top view it has the shape of a rectangle, and the gripping part of this handle between its feet in cross-section has a shape similar to a trapezoid, the shorter oblique sides of which are connected radially with the bottom wall of this part, while the feet in the bottom view have the shape of a rectangular frame with rounded shorter sides provided with sleeves located vertically near the shorter inner sides of this foot, and each foot of the furniture handle is a fixed part being a fragment of a triangular profile, forming a monolith with the handle and the segment connected to it, being a supplement to this profile, wherein this segment has a colour contrasting with the colour of the gripping part of the furniture handle, as shown in the drawing fig. 3 and 6.
