Kostka mydla Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia : 06.05.1999 Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kostka mydla. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kostki mydla, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok kostki mydla w rzucie z góry; fig.2- perspektywiczny widok kostki mydla w rzucie z góry i z boku, fig.3- widok kostki mydla w rzucie bocznym, od strony dluzszego boku. Kostka mydla wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ogólnie ksztalt bryly wpisanej w prostopadloscian, która charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w rzucie pionowym przedstawia figure o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata. Dluzsze boki prostokata stanowia wzajemnie równolegle, proste odcinki, w przyblizeniu o jednakowej dlugosci, zaokragleniami przechodzace w odcinki boków krótszych. Boki krótsze figury maja ksztalt luków, skierowanych strona wypukla na zewnatrz figury. Punkty srodkowe tych luków leza na jednej prostej, bedacej osia wzdluzna utworzonej przez rzut pionowy figury. Kostka w rzucie poziomym tworzy figure, której krawedzie górna i dolna, wzajemnie równoleglemaja ksztalt luków, przy czym krawedz górna skierowana jest strona wypukla luku na zewnatrz figury, natomiast krawedz dolna skierowana jest strona wypukla luku do wewnatrz. Krawedzie boczne, laczace krawedz górna i krawedz dolna figury sa jednakowe i maja ksztalt krzywych skladajacych sie z dwóch luków, jednymi koncami lagodnie wpisanymi w krawedzie górna i dolna figury, natomiast drugimi koncami polaczonymi ze soba na linii bedacej osia wzdluzna figury, w taki sposób, ze styczne do nich, w miejscach polaczenia luków, tworza w przyblizeniu katy proste. The essence of the design is a new form of a soap bar, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a top view of the soap bar; Fig. 2 - a perspective view of the soap bar from the top and side; Fig. 3 - a side view of the soap bar, from the longer side. According to the ornamental design, the soap bar generally has the shape of a solid inscribed in a cuboid, which is characterized by the fact that in vertical view it presents a figure with a shape similar to a rectangle. The longer sides of the rectangle are mutually parallel, straight segments of approximately equal length, with rounded corners merging into segments of the shorter sides. The shorter sides of the figure are shaped like arcs, with the convex side directed outward. The midpoints of these arcs lie on a single line, which is the longitudinal axis formed by the vertical projection of the figure. In horizontal projection, the cube forms a figure whose upper and lower edges, parallel to each other, are shaped like arcs, with the upper edge pointing outward with the convex side of the arc, and the lower edge pointing inward with the convex side of the arc. The lateral edges connecting the upper and lower edges of the figure are identical and have the shape of curves consisting of two arcs, one end of which is smoothly inscribed in the upper and lower edges of the figure, while the other ends are connected to each other on a line that is the longitudinal axis of the figure, in such a way that the tangents to them, at the points where the arcs join, form approximately right angles.
