Ksztaltka stosowana jest jako ele- ment konstrukcyjny sytuowany na przodzie szyny kolejowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia ksztaltke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2-ksztaltke w widoku z góry, fig.3- ksztaltke w widoku z przodu, fig.4- ksztaltke w widoku z boku, a fig.5- ksztaltke w widoku z dolu. Ksztaltka wedlug wzoru, stanowiaca element cien- koscienny o zarysie prostokatnym w widoku z góry, z boku i z dolu, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze obejmuje pozioma, central- na pólke majaca, w widoku z przodu, zarys dwóch polaczonych liter "T" oraz dwie boczne, mniejsze, symetryczne, poziomepólki, które sa usytuowane ponizej pólki centralnej. Kazda z bocznych pólek ma w widoku z przodu, zarys trapezu prosto- katnego, którego jeden bok jest lukowaty. We wnetrzu ksztaltki przebiegaja cztery poziome pólki, z których dwie pólki przebiegaja w przyblizeniu na 1/3 wysokosci pionowych scian pólek bocznych, a dwie szersze pólki przebiegaja przy krawedzi pionowych scian pólek bocznych. PL PLThe design registration right is valid from: 26 November 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a shaped piece. The essence of the design is a new form of the piece, manifested in its shape. The piece is used as a structural element situated at the front of a railway rail. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the piece in perspective view, fig. 2 - the piece in top view, fig. 3 - the piece in front view, fig. 4 - the piece in side view, and fig. 5 - the piece in bottom view. The shaped piece, as designed, is a thin-walled element with a rectangular outline when viewed from above, side, and below. It is characterized by a horizontal central shelf, which, in front view, has the outline of two connected "T" letters, and two smaller, symmetrical, horizontal side shelves, which are located below the central shelf. Each side shelf, in front view, has the outline of a rectangular trapezoid, one side of which is arcuate. Four horizontal shelves run inside the shaped piece, two of which run approximately one-third of the height of the vertical walls of the side shelves, and two wider shelves run at the edge of the vertical walls of the side shelves.
