Butelka na srodki kosmetyczne Przedmiotem wzoru jest butelka na srodki kosmetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig.2 przedstawia butelke w widoku od spodu a fig.3 przedstawia butelke w widoku z góry. Butelke, wedlug wzoru, stanowi wydluzony pojemnik, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma zarys zblizony do trójkata. Scianki butelki sa wyprofilowane po luku, przy czym w górnej czesci przechodza one owalnie, stozkowo w szyjke z uformowanym, zewnetrznym gwintem, natomiast dolna czesc butelki o mniejszych wymiarach stanowi podstawa, o identycznym zarysie co butelka, przechodzaca w górnej czesci w powierzchnie butelki poprzez wyprofilowany uskok, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach fig.l, 2, 3. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowanie scianek butelki, w przekroju poprzecznym, w zarys zblizony do trójkata, przy czym scianki wyprofilowane sa po luku, natomiast w górnej czesci przechodza one owalnie, stozkowo w szyjke z uformowanym, zewnetrznym gwintem, natomiast dolna czesc butelki o mniejszych wymiarach stanowi podstawa, przechodzaca w górnej czesci w powierzchnie butelki poprzez wyprofilowany uskok.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig. 3 PL PL PLCosmetics Bottle. The design is for a cosmetics bottle. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the top. The bottle, according to the design, is an elongated container whose cross-sectional shape resembles a triangle. The bottle walls are arc-shaped, and in the upper part they merge ovally and conically into a neck with a formed external thread, while the lower part of the bottle with smaller dimensions constitutes a base with an identical outline to the bottle, which merges in the upper part into the bottle surface through a profiled step, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1, 2, 3. An important feature of the industrial design is the shape of the bottle walls, in cross-section, in an outline close to a triangle, where the walls are arc-shaped, and in the upper part they merge ovally and conically into a neck with a formed external thread, while the lower part of the bottle with smaller dimensions constitutes a base, which merges in the upper part into the bottle surface through a profiled step.
