Nasadka posiada wewnatrz cztery wystepy do mocowania na glówce butelki do perfum. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie, nadajaca mu nowy i oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Nasadka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazana na ilustracji, na fig.l,fig.2 i fig.3. Jak pokazano na ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia nasadke w rzucie pionowym w pólprzekroju, fig.2 ukazuje ja w przekroju A-A, a fig.3 pokazuje ja w przekroju B-B, nasadka stanowi bryle o podobnych podstawach zblizonych do elipsy. Podstawa górna ma w osi symetrii otwór na glówke opakowania kosmetyku i jest wklesla w strone podstawy dolnej. Podstawa górna nasadki ma pionowe, zewnetrzne sciecia narozy elipsy do okolo jednej trzeciej wysokosci, które stanowia scianki z umieszczonymi na nich sworzniami. Scianki sa wykonane od wewnatrz z trójkatnymi graniastoslupami. Na sworzniach tych jest osadzony uchwyt majacy ksztalt pólokregu zakonczonego równoleglymi ramionami. W zakonczeniach ramion znajduja sie nieprzelotowe otwory na sworznie. Od wewnatrz podstawy górnej, wokól czesci otworu, od strony narozy elipsy, znajduja sie dwie obejmy zakonczone sfazowaniemw strone otworu. Podstawa dolna ma od wewnatrz przetoczenie na calym obwodzie elipsy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac nasadki w ksztalcie elipsy, wykonana z nieprzezroczystej masy plastycznej. Plaska, eliptyczna podstawa dolna oraz wklesla równiez eliptyczna podstawa górna ze scieciami narozy i kablakowym uchwytem nadaje nasadce charakterystyczny, indywidualny wyglad. Znajdujace sie wewnatrz nasadki, wokól otworu dwie obejmy zakonczone stazowaniem od strony otworu oraz przetoczenie od wewnatrz, na calym obwodzie podstawy dolnej dopelniaja jej charakterystycznego, oryginalnego wygladu rzutujacego na estetyke, a takze wyzsza ocene walorów kosmetyku.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cap used as a closure for bottles of perfume, cologne, and toilet water. Known from industrial design No. 8384, the cap for bottles of perfume and other cosmetics is oval-shaped along its entire height, with its upper and lower bases parallel to each other. The cap has four protrusions inside that secure it to the head of the cosmetic bottle. Also known from industrial design No. 4445 is a cap that is a two-stage shape with bases resembling an ellipse, with the upper base being smaller than the lower, resulting in a trapezoidal shape when viewed from the front. Also known from industrial design No. 7732 is a cap for perfume bottles whose two longer walls are parallel, and the other two bent in the same direction. The cap has four internal protrusions for attachment to the head of a perfume bottle. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and arrangement, giving it a new and original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The cap according to the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. As shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the cap in a half-sectional elevation, Fig. 2 shows it in cross-section A-A, and Fig. 3 shows it in cross-section B-B, the cap is a solid with similar bases, close to an ellipse. The upper base has an opening on its axis of symmetry for the head of the cosmetic packaging and is concave towards the lower base. The upper base of the cap has vertical, external chamfers at the corners of the ellipse, extending approximately one-third of its height, which form walls with pins placed on them. The walls are made internally with triangular prisms. A handle in the shape of a semicircle terminated with parallel arms is mounted on these pins. The ends of the arms have blind holes for the pins. Inside the upper base, around the opening on the corner side of the ellipse, are two clamps with chamfers ending in the opening. The lower base has an internal recess along the entire circumference of the ellipse. The essential features of the industrial design include a new form of the cap in the shape of an ellipse, made of opaque plastic. A flat, elliptical lower base and a concave, elliptical upper base with beveled corners and a cable handle give the cap a distinctive, individual look. Two clamps located inside the cap, around the opening, with a finial on the opening side, and a recessed internal design around the entire perimeter of the lower base, complete its distinctive, original appearance, enhancing its aesthetics and enhancing the cosmetic's value.
