Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieczko, wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, stosowane jako wyposazenie butelek do konfekcjonowania musztard, ketchupów oraz innych sosów spozywcach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa jego postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Wieczko w dwóch odmianach uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach. Na fig.l do 3 przedstawione jest wieczko z zatrzaskiem, natomiast na fig.4 do 7 przedstawiaja wieczko z gwintem. Fig.l oraz fig.4 przedstawia wieczko w przekroju poprzecznym, fig.2 oraz fig.5 widok z góry fig.3 oraz fig.7 widok izometryczny, a fig.6 widok boczny. Nakretka wieczka uksztaltowana jest w formie cylindra i polaczona z takze cylindryczna pokrywka wieczka zawiasem blonowym. Powierzchnia otwarcia wieczka w widoku z boku ma ksztalt splaszczonej sinusoidy, zamkniecie niesymetrycznie usytuowanego na nakretce wylotu, nastepuje poprzez zacisniecie na nim cylindra znajdujacego sie na pokrywce. The essence of the design is its new form, manifested in its shape and surface decoration, giving it a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The lid is shown in two versions in the attached drawings. Figures 1 to 3 show a lid with a latch, while figures 4 to 7 show a lid with a thread. Figures 1 and 4 show the lid in cross-section, Figures 2 and 5 show a top view, Figures 3 and 7 show an isometric view, and Figure 6 shows a side view. The lid cap is cylindrical and connected to the cylindrical lid by a membrane hinge. The opening surface of the lid in a side view has the shape of a flattened sinusoid. The asymmetrically located outlet on the cap is closed by clamping the cylinder located on the cap onto it. In the snap-on lid variant, the cap has a latch that is broken off during the first opening.
