Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z wieczkiem, zwlaszcza na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na róznego rodzaju salatki, ryby i inne przetwory spozywcze. Znany jest z polskiego opisu wzoru uzytkowego nr 110073 pojemnik, zwlaszcza na artykuly spozywcze. Pojemnik ten ma ogólny ksztalt bryly przestrzennej o podstawie górnej i dolnej w ksztalcie eliptycznym, przy czym scianki czolowe tego pojemnika maja owalne sciecia i sa wygiete do srodka pojemnika, natomiast scianki boczne majace w przekroju wzdluznym ksztalt czesci owalu, wypukloscia sa skierowane od srodka pojemnika. Ponadto pojemnik wyposazony jest w znany kolnierz sluzacy do ustalania i mocowania pokrywki. Postac pojemnika z wieczkiem wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiona jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 pojemnik w widoku od spodu, fig. 3 wieczko w widoku z przodu. The container, particularly for food products, is known from Polish utility model no. 110073. This container has the general shape of a three-dimensional solid with an elliptical upper and lower base. The front walls of the container have oval cuts and are bent towards the center of the container, while the side walls, in longitudinal cross-section, have a partial oval shape and convexity directed away from the center of the container. Furthermore, the container is equipped with a familiar collar used to secure and secure the lid. The form of the container with a lid according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a side view, Fig. 2 the container in a bottom view, and Fig. 3 the lid in a front view. The shape of the container is manifested in and differs from known containers of this type in that it has a quadrangular lower base 1 and an ellipsoidal upper base 2. Additionally, the side walls 3 and front walls 4 are bent inward in an arc, with their straight edges 5 constituting the sides of the lower base and , and the arc edges 5' are close to the flange 6, which merges into the plane constituting the elliptical upper base 2 of the container. The lid 7 has in its longitudinal cross-section the shape of an inverted, very elongated letter "U" and has on the outside, placed at its ends, in the longitudinal axis, characteristic projections in the form of a bow 8. After closing the container, the lid 7 is closely in contact with the outer oval edge of the upper base 2 covered with foil. The essential features of the industrial design are the form of the container characterized by having a lower base in the shape of a quadrilateral, an upper base 2 in the shape of an ellipse and having side walls 3 as well as front walls 4 bent towards the inside of the container in an arc, the straight edges 5 of which constitute the sides of the lower base 1 and the arc edges 5' are close to the collar 6, and that the lid 7 has in its longitudinal cross-section the shape of inverted, very elongated letter "U" and has on the outside, at its ends, in the longitudinal axis, characteristic protrusions in the form of a bow 8, indicate that this container is new and original, it has sufficient identification features in relation to known containers of this type. fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 PL PL
