Znany jest z polskiego zgloszenia wzoru uzytkowego nr 110073 pojemnik, zwlaszcza na artykuly spozywcze. Pojemnik ten ma ogólny ksztalt bryly przestrzennej o podstawie górnej i dolnej w ksztalcie eliptycznym, przy czym scianki czolowe tego pojemnika maja owalne sciecia i sa wygiete do srodka pojemnika, natomiast scianki boczne majace w przekroju wzdluznym ksztalt czesci owalu, wypukloscia sa skierowane od srodka pojemnika. The container, particularly for food products, is known from Polish utility model application No. 110073. This container has the general shape of a three-dimensional solid with an elliptical upper and lower base. The front walls of the container have oval cuts and are bent towards the center of the container, while the side walls, in longitudinal cross-section, have a partial oval shape and convexity directed away from the center of the container. Furthermore, the container is equipped with a familiar collar used to secure and secure the lid. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view from the bottom side, and Fig. 2 also shows the container in a perspective view from above. The form of the container according to the design is manifest in its shape. The container has the shape of a hollow three-dimensional solid, in which the lower base 1, constituting the bottom of the container, is oval-shaped, with the frontal surfaces V of this oval being slightly dented inward along the longitudinal axis. The shape of the upper edge 2 of the container, constituting the container's closing plane, is elliptical. Furthermore, the lower base 1 is slightly smaller than the upper edge 2 and is connected to it by a uniform wall 3, which in longitudinal cross-section has the shape of an ellipse. The uniform wall 3, in its lower part, connects with the lower base 1 via a rounded surface 4. Furthermore, the uniform wall 3 has indentations 3' on its front surfaces, in the cross-section in the shape of a part of a circle, these indentations are wider in the plane of the container closing and narrower at the bottom, where they pass directly, via the rounded surface 4, into the bottom of the container, creating a characteristic indentation of the container bottom. In addition, the base 1 has symmetrically arranged indentations 5 along the longitudinal axis and symmetrical protrusions 6 arranged on the fronts, forming the feet of the container. The essential features of the design, the form of the container, manifested in the shape with characteristic small front indentations 3', the connection of the uniform wall 3 with the lower base and through the rounded surface 4, and the characteristic shape of the lower base 1 of the container, make it as a whole original, with an unusual form in relation to known containers of this type.
