Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na srodki spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie, zwlaszcza jako opakowanie róznego rodzaju salatek, ryb i ich przetworów oraz innych takich jak produkty mleczne i przetwory miesne. Znanych jest bardzo wiele, róznego rodzaju pojemników na produkty spozywcze, wykonywanych przede wszystkim z tworzyw sztucznych. Pojemniki te charakteryzuja sie ksztaltem, wlasciwosciami powierzchni, rzadziej kolorystyka. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych odbitkach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z góry. Pojemnik ten ksztaltem przypomina miseczke, której dno jest znacznie przesuniete do srodka. W przekroju wzdluznym ma ksztalt okregu, przy czym tworzaca pojemnika, laczaca dno pojemnika z plaszczyzna jego zamykania, utworzona jest z dwóch polaczonych ze soba powierzchni lukowych, majacych róznej wielkosci promienie, przeciwnie do siebie skierowane. Ponadto tworzaca pojemnika w czesci górnej przechodzi w walcowy pierscien, umozliwiajacy zamykanie jak i otwieranie pojemnika w znany sposób, a w czesci dolnej pól lukiem przechodzi w koliste dno pojemnika, przy czym pól luk jest skierowany przeciwnie do powierzchni tworzacej pojemnika, z która sie laczy i tworzy, poprzez polaczenie z dnem, znacznie przesunietym do srodka pojemnika, stopke pojemnika.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt przejawiajacy sie tym, ze ksztaltem przypomina miseczke, której dno jest znacznie przesuniete do srodka, ze w przekroju wzdluznym ma ksztalt okregu, przy czym tworzaca pojemnika, laczaca dno pojemnika z plaszczyzna jego zamykania, utworzona jest z dwóch polaczonych ze soba powierzchni lukowych, majacych róznej wielkosci promienie, przeciwnie do siebie skierowane i ze w czesci górnej przechodzi w walcowy pierscien, a w czesci dolnej pól lukiem przechodzi w koliste dno pojemnika, tworzac stopke pojemnika, wyrózniaja go na rynku w sposób zasadniczy od znanych rozwiazan. Many different types of food containers are known, primarily made of plastics. These containers are characterized by their shape, surface properties, and, less frequently, color. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached prints, where Fig. 1 shows the container in a side perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the container in a top perspective view. The container according to the design, compared to known containers of this type, is characterized by a new, original form manifested in its shape. This container resembles a bowl, with the bottom significantly offset to the center. In its longitudinal section it has the shape of a circle, and the container generatrix, connecting the container bottom with the surface of its closing, is formed of two interconnected arc surfaces with radii of different sizes, directed opposite to each other. Furthermore, the container generatrix in the upper part transforms into a cylindrical ring, enabling the container to be closed and opened in a known manner, and in the lower part it transforms in a half-arc into a circular bottom of the container, wherein the half-arc is directed opposite to the container generatrix surface, with which it connects and forms, by connecting with the bottom, significantly shifted towards the center of the container, the container foot. Essential features of the industrial design: a shape resembling a cup, the bottom of which is significantly shifted towards the center, that in the longitudinal section it has the shape of a circle, wherein the container generatrix, connecting the container bottom with the surface of its closing, is formed of two interconnected arc surfaces, having different-sized radii, directed opposite to each other, and that in the upper part it transforms into a cylindrical ring, and in the lower part it transforms in a half-arc The circular bottom of the container, forming the container's foot, distinguishes it fundamentally from other known solutions on the market. The container, based on this design, can be widely used by producers of various types of salads, fish and fish preserves, and other food products with extended shelf lives, for packaging them.
