Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, zwlaszcza na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie, zwlaszcza jako opakowanie róznego rodzaju salatek, ryb i ich przetworów oraz innych, takich jak produkty mleczne i przetwory miesne. Znanych jest bardzo wiele, róznego rodzaju pojemników na produkty spozywcze, wykonywanych przede wszystkim z tworzyw sztucznych. Pojemniki te charakteryzuja sie ksztaltem, wlasciwosciami powierzchni, rzadziej kolorystyka. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik od spodu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 3 przedstawia odbitke kolorowa pojemnika. Many different types of food containers are known, primarily made of plastics. These containers are characterized by their shape, surface properties, and, less frequently, color. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from below in perspective, Fig. 2 shows the container from above, and Fig. 3 shows a color print of the container. Compared to known containers of this type, the container according to the design is characterized by a new, original form manifested in its shape. In this container, the bottom 1 has a circular shape, and the upper part 2, which constitutes the container closing surface, has a quadrangular shape, the sides of which are arcs. Additionally, the upper surface 2 has a slightly larger circumference than the bottom 1. Furthermore, the side surface 3 connecting the bottom 1 with the upper part Z of the container also has, in cross-section, the shape of a quadrilateral with sides in the form of arcs, wherein the surface 3 has four distinct, characteristic arc surfaces 4, which are components of the side surface 3, wherein the arc surfaces 4 have, in a side view, the shape of a trapezoid, the larger base of which is at the top and are separated by a connector 5. Additionally, the upper part 2 has a circumferential, characteristic, stepped ring 6, which has a cylindrical part _6' and a part in the shape of an inverted "L" letter, the ring 6 is intended for fixing and fastening known lids. The essential features of the industrial design, the circular bottom 1, the upper part 2 constituting the container closing surface, having the shape of a quadrangle whose sides are arcs and having a slightly larger circumference than the bottom 1, and the fact that the side surface 3 connecting the bottom 1 with the upper part Z of the container has a quadrangle shape in cross-section with arc-shaped sides, and that the surface 3 has four distinct, characteristic arc surfaces 4, which in a side view have a trapezoidal shape and a ring 6 for the lid, distinguish it on the market in a fundamental way from known solutions. The container according to the design can be widely used by manufacturers for packaging their various types of salads, fish and fish preserves, and other food products with an extended shelf life.
