Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, zwlaszcza na artykuly spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie, zwlaszcza jako opakowanie róznego rodzaju salatek, ryb i ich przetworów oraz innych takich jak produkty mleczne i przetwory miesne. Znanych jest bardzo wiele, róznego rodzaju pojemników na produkty spozywcze, wykonywanych przede wszystkim z tworzyw sztucznych. Pojemniki te charakteryzuja sie ksztaltem, wlasciwosciami powierzchni, rzadziej kolorystyka. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 przedstawia odbitke kolorowa pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym od spodu. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru, w odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju pojemników charakteryzuje sie nowa oryginalna postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. W pojemniku tym, dno i ma ksztalt plaskiego, nieprzelotowego stozka, zamknietego od góry, a czesc górna 2 stanowiaca plaszczyzne zamykania pojemnika, jest okregiem o srednicy znacznie wiekszej niz srednica dna i , przy czym na obwodzie w czesci dolnej, dno 1 tworzy podstawe 3 w ksztalcie wielokata. Powierzchnie boczne 4 wielokata w czesci górnej zakonczone sa lukiem 5, przy czym czesc powierzchni okreslona lukiem 5 jest wygieta na zewnatrz pojemnika i przechodzi w pierscien 6 pojemnika. Ponadto pierscien 6 poprzez uskok przechodzi w kolejny pierscien 7 o nieco wiekszej srednicy który stanowi zwieczenie pojemnika. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt przejawiajacy sie tym, ze dno i ma ksztalt plaskiego nieprzelotowego stozka, zamknietego od góry, a czescgórna g stanowiaca plaszczyzne zamykania pojemnika, jest okregiem o srednicy znacznie wiekszej niz srednica dna 1, i ze ma podstawe 3 w ksztalcie wielokata oraz ze powierzchnie boczne 4 wielokata w czesci górnej zakonczone sa lukiem 5, wygietym na zewnatrz pojemnika i przechodza w pierscien 6. Ponadto pierscien § poprzez uskok przechodzi w kolejny pierscien 7 o nieco wiekszej srednicy, stanowia o tym, ze pojemnik ten jest nowy i zasadniczo rózny co do ksztaltu od znanych tego typu pojemników wystepujacych na rynku. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru moze byc szeroko stosowany przez producentów róznego rodzaju salatek, ryb i ich przetworów oraz innych produktów spozywczych o przedluzonym terminie spozycia, do ich pakowania. ^fig. 1 fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container, particularly for food products, commonly used, especially for packaging various types of salads, fish and fish products, and other products such as dairy products and meat products. Many different types of food containers are known, primarily made of plastics. These containers are characterized by their shape, surface properties, and, less frequently, color. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the container from a top view, and Fig. 3 shows a color print of the container in a perspective view from below. The container according to the design, compared to known containers of this type, is characterized by a new, original form manifested in its shape. In this container, the bottom 1 has the shape of a flat, non-passive cone, closed at the top, and the upper part 2, constituting the container's closing surface, is a circle with a diameter significantly larger than the diameter of the bottom 1, wherein on the circumference in the lower part, the bottom 1 forms a polygonal base 3. The side surfaces 4 of the polygon in the upper part terminate in an arc 5, wherein the part of the surface defined by arc 5 is bent outward from the container and passes into the container ring 6. Furthermore, ring 6 passes through a step into another ring 7 of slightly larger diameter, which forms the container's crown. The essential features of the industrial design: the shape, characterized by the bottom (i) being a flat, closed cone, while the top (g), constituting the container's closing surface, is a circle with a diameter significantly larger than the bottom (1), a polygonal base (3), and the polygonal side surfaces (4) in the upper part ending in an arc (5), bent outward from the container and merging into a ring (6). Furthermore, ring (§) transitions through a step into another ring (7) of slightly larger diameter, indicate that this container is new and fundamentally different in shape from known containers of this type available on the market.
