Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na srodki spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na róznego rodzaju salatki, ryby i przetwory mleczarskie. Znany jest z polskiego zgloszenia wzoru uzytkowego nr 110161 pojemnik na srodki spozywcze, w szczególnosci na lody. Pojemnik ma zarys owalu, przy czym stanowia go cztery sciany pochylone ku podstawie, od góry obramowane zewnetrznym górnym kolnierzem, którego krawedz wywinieta jest na zewnatrz pojemnika w kierunku ku podstawie. Jednolita sciana 4, w czesci dolnej laczy sie z podstawa dolna 2 poprzez zaokraglona plaszczyzne 5 , której zaokraglenie zwieksza sie symetrycznie od osi poprzecznej do czola pojemnika. Ponadto jednolita sciana 4 ma na powierzchniach bocznych, niewielkie splaszczenie 4* w ksztalcie prostokata, a na powierzchniach czolowych, niewielkie splaszczenie 4" w ksztalcie odwróconego ostroslupa scietego. .W plaszczyznie górnej 3 jednolita sciana 4, ma na zewnatrz eliptycznej krawedzi, ponizej plaszczyzny górnej 3 zewnetrzny pierscien 6, skierowanyku podstawie pojemnika, przy czym ma on w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt odwróconej litery „L". Ponadto zewnetrzny pierscien 6 ma wyodrebniony, bezposrednio polaczony z jednolita sciana 4, znany, ruchomy element 7 ulatwiajacy otwieranie pojemnika. Cechy istotne wzoru, postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, z charakterystycznymi niewielkimi splaszczeniami na plaszczyznach bocznych i czolowych oraz fakt, ze jednolita sciana 4 laczy sie z podstawa dolna 2 poprzez zaokraglona plaszczyzne 5, której zaokraglenie zwieksza sie symetrycznie od osi poprzecznej do czola pojemnika, stanowia ze pojemnik, jako calosc ma oryginalna niespotykana forme w odniesieniu do znanych pojemników tego rodzaju. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a food container, commonly used as packaging for various salads, fish, and dairy products. The container for food, particularly ice cream, is known from Polish utility model application No. 110161. The container has an oval outline, with four walls sloping towards the base, framed at the top by an external upper flange, the edge of which curls outward towards the base. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the side, Fig. 2 the container from the top, and Fig. 3 the container from the front. The form of the container according to the design is revealed in its shape. The container has the shape of a hollow spatial solid 1, in which the lower base 2, constituting the bottom of the container, and the upper surface 3, being the container closing surface, have the shape of an ellipse, wherein the lower base 2 is slightly smaller than the upper surface 3 and is connected to it by a uniform wall 4, which in the longitudinal cross-section also has the shape of an ellipse. The uniform wall 4, in its lower part, connects to the lower base 2 via a rounded surface 5, the roundness of which increases symmetrically from the transverse axis to the front of the container. Moreover, the uniform wall 4 has on its side surfaces a slight flattening 4* in the shape of a rectangle, and on its front surfaces a slight flattening 4" in the shape of an inverted truncated pyramid. In the upper plane 3, the uniform wall 4 has on the outside of the elliptical edge, below the upper plane 3, an outer ring 6, directed towards the base of the container, and in cross-section it has the shape of an inverted letter "L". Furthermore, the outer ring 6 has a separate, known, movable element 7, directly connected to the uniform wall 4, facilitating the opening of the container. The essential features of the design, the form of the container, manifested in its shape, with characteristic slight flattenings on the side and front surfaces, and the fact that the uniform wall 4 is connected to the lower base 2 via a rounded surface 5, the roundness of which increases symmetrically from the transverse axis to the front of the container, determine that the container as a whole has an original, unusual form in relation to known containers of this type.
