Pojemnik z wieczkiem na produkty spozywcze, zwlaszcza lody Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z wieczkiem, na produkty spozywcze, zwlaszcza lody, stosowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na lody oraz róznego rodzaju przetwory mleczarskie. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru, to postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, zarówno w odniesieniu do samego pojemnika jak i wieczka oraz charakterystyczne uksztaltowanie powierzchni bocznej pojemnika i wieczka, wraz z kolnierzem je laczacym. Ksztalt pojemnika jak i wieczka to wydrazone stozki sciete, przy czym pojemnik ma dwa stozki: jeden, dolny nieprzelotowy i drugi, górny przelotowy, a wieczko jest odwróconym stozkiem nieprzelotowym. Powierzchnia boczna, pojemnika i wieczka utworzona jest z prostokatnych, pionowo rozmieszczonych elementów. Kolnierz laczacy pojemnik i wieczko ma charakterystyczne, obwodowo rozmieszczone otwory z umieszczonymi wewnatrz elementami blokujacymi. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the container from a perspective view, from above. The essential features of the design include the container's form, manifested in the shape of both the container itself and the lid, as well as the characteristic shape of the side surfaces of the container and the lid, along with the connecting flange. The shape of both the container and the lid are hollow truncated cones, with the container having two cones: one, a closed lower one and the other, a continuous upper one, and the lid being an inverted closed cone. The side surfaces of the container and the lid are formed of rectangular, vertically arranged elements.
