POJEMNIK OWALNY Z POKRYWKA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik owalny z pokrywka, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika owalnego z pokrywka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i proporcjach wymiarów nadajacych pojemnikowi owalnemu z pokrywka nowy i indywidualny charakter. Pojemnik zamykany pokrywka umozliwia lokowanie w nim produktów spozywczych i oprócz walorów uzytkowych zawiera walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik owalny zamkniety pokrywka z uniesionym uchwy- tem w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 - korpus pojemnika odwróconego do góry dnem, a Fig. 3 - pokrywke z ukazaniem jej wewnetrznej scianki. Pojemnik majacy korpus w postaci scietego stozka z obrzezem z plomba oraz palako- wym uchwytem zamykany pokrywka ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuja- ce sie tym, ze przekrój poprzeczny korpusu ma ksztalt elipsy, przy czym proporcja wymiarów osi wiekszej do osi mniejszej elipsy obrazujacej górna krawedz korpusu wynosi okolo 1,35, natomiast dno korpusu ma obramowanie w ksztalcie eliptycznego pasma, z którego wewnetrz- nych krawedzi jest uwypuklone dno do wnetrza korpusu, przy czym proporcja maksymalnej wysokosci uwypuklenia do wysokosci korpusu wynosi okolo 0,175. Pokrywka ma ksztalt plaskiej eliptycznej tarczy z obwodowym wglebieniem do naklada- nia jej na obrzeze korpusu, przy czym proporcja wymiaru osi wiekszej eliptycznej pokrywki do jej wysokosci wynosi okolo 17,5, jak uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 1 - Fig. 3.Fig.1Fig.2 Fig.3 PLOVAL CONTAINER WITH LID: The industrial design is for an oval container with a lid, intended specifically for food products. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the oval container with a lid, manifesting itself in the shape and dimensional proportions that give the oval container with a lid a new and individual character. The container with a lid allows for storing food products and, in addition to its functional qualities, offers aesthetic value. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the oval container with a lid and a raised handle, Fig. 2 shows the body of the container turned upside down, and Fig. 3 shows the lid, showing its inner wall. A container having a body in the form of a truncated cone with a rim with a seal and a handle closed with a lid has significant features of an industrial design, characterized in that the cross-section of the body is in the shape of an ellipse, wherein the proportion of the dimensions of the greater axis to the lesser axis of the ellipse representing the upper edge of the body is approximately 1.35, while the bottom of the body has a frame in the shape of an elliptical band, from the inner edges of which the bottom is convex towards the interior of the body, wherein the proportion of the maximum height of the convexity to the height of the body is approximately 0.175. The cover has the shape of a flat elliptical disc with a circumferential recess for placing it on the edge of the body, and the proportion of the dimension of the greater axis of the elliptical cover to its height is approximately 17.5, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 - Fig. 3.Fig.1Fig.2 Fig.3 PL
