POJEMNIK Z POKRYWKA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywka przeznaczony zwlaszcza do produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z pokrywka, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i proporcjach wymiarów nadajacych pojemnikowi z pokrywka nowy i indy- widualny charakter. Pojemnik zamykany pokrywka umozliwia lokowanie w nim produktów spozywczych i oprócz walorów uzytkowych zawiera walory estetyczne, komponujac stylowo z otocze- niem, w którym jest uzytkowany. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w zalaczonym materiale ilustra- cyjnym, w którym Fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym, ukazujacym jego szerokosc, Fig. 2 - pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym, ukazujacym jego dlugosc, Fig. 3 - korpus pojemnika z widokiem jego wnetrza, Fig. 4 - kor- pus pojemnika ukazujacy jego spód, Fig. 5 - pokrywke pojemnika w widoku od góry i Fig. 6 - pokrywke pojemnika w widoku od spodu. Pojemnik majacy korpus z obrzezem i plomba, zamykany pokrywka, ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze korpus pojemnika ma obrzeze w ksztal- cie elipsy, natomiast dno w ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym proporcja dlugosci obrzeza kor- pusu do szerokosci obrzeza wynosi ok. 1,51, natomiast proporcja dlugosci dna korpusu do szerokosci dna wynosi takze ok. 1,51, jak uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyj- nym Fig. 1 ÷ Fig. 4. The industrial design is for a container with a lid, intended primarily for food products. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container with a lid, manifested in the shape and dimensional proportions that give the container with a lid a new and individual character. The container with a lid allows for the storage of food products and, in addition to its functional qualities, possesses aesthetic qualities, stylishly blending into the environment in which it is used. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows a container with a lid in a perspective view, showing its width, Fig. 2 - a container with a lid in a perspective view, showing its length, Fig. 3 - the body of the container with a view of its interior, Fig. 4 - the body of the container showing its bottom, Fig. 5 - the lid of the container in a view from above and Fig. 6 - the lid of the container in a view from below. A container having a body with a rim and a seal, closed with a lid, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that the body of the container has a rim in the shape of an ellipse and a bottom in the shape of a rectangle, wherein the proportion of the length of the body rim to the width of the rim is approx. 1.51, while the proportion of the length of the body bottom to the width of the bottom is also approx. 1.51, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 ÷ Fig. 4.
