Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od: 18.09.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik znajdujacy zastosowanie jako opakowanie przede wszystkim produktów nabialowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych i nadajaca pojemnikowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal zilustrowany na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik w widoku ogólnym, perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 -w widoku z góry z nalozonym zamknieciem. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego swym ksztaltem przypomina cebrzyk lekko rozszerzajacy sie od podstawy ku górze i zaopatrzony jest w dwa uchwyty w postaci prostokatnych, naprzemianleglych wystepów z eliptycznymi otworami. Wewnatrz pojemnika w poblizu górnej krawedzi znajduje sie dodatkowy rant, na którym wspiera sie zamkniecie pojemnika w postaci okraglej „platynki" z dodatkowym, zaokraglonym wystepem ulatwiajacym otwieranie. Boczna zewnetrzna powierzchnia walca, dno i „platynka" maja ozdobna fakture drewna. Pojemnik moze byc wykonany w róznych wielkosciach oraz kolorach i odcieniach zblizonych do naturalnego drewna. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from: 18 September 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a container used primarily as packaging for dairy products. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, aimed at aesthetic purposes and giving the container a new, original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a general, perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows a top view with the closure in place. According to the ornamental design, the container resembles a bucket, slightly widening from the base upwards and is equipped with two handles in the form of rectangular, alternating protrusions with elliptical holes. Inside the container, near the top edge, there is an additional rim that supports the container closure in the form of a round "platinum" with an additional, rounded protrusion for easy opening. The side outer surface of the cylinder, the bottom, and the "platinum" have a decorative wood texture. The container can be made in various sizes and colors and shades similar to natural wood.
