Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odswiezacz w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odswiezacz w widoku z tylu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z boku, fig.5- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, a fig.6- odswiezacz w widoku z góry. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plytki, która w widoku z przodu i z tylu, ma zarys stylizowany na zarys pomidora, przy czym powierzchnia tylna plytki jest plaska, zas w polu powierzchni przedniej plytki znajduje sie centralna wypuklosc o zarysie pierscienia oraz osiem elementów o zarysach owalnych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.6.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the freshener in a front view, Fig. 3 - the freshener in a back view, Fig. 4 - the freshener in a side view, Fig. 5 - the freshener in a top view, and Fig. 6 - the freshener in a top view.
