Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, fig.3- odswiezacz w widoku z dolu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z boku, fig.5-odswiezacz w widoku z przodu, a fig.6- odswiezacz w widoku z tylu. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plytki, która w widoku z góry ma zarys przekrojonego owocu cytryny, przy czym w polu plytki znajduje sie wklesniecie stanowiace dno odswiezacza, z którego wypietrza sie osiem wystepów o zarysach owalnych. Wokól krawedzi plytki usytuowany jest kolnierz, którego zarys powtarza zarys przekrojonego owocu cytryny, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.6.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the freshener from above, Fig. 3 - the freshener from below, Fig. 4 - the freshener from the side, Fig. 5 - the freshener from the front, and Fig. 6 - the freshener from the back. The air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is in the form of a plate, which, when viewed from above, has the outline of a cross-sectioned lemon, with a concavity in the plate area constituting the base of the freshener, from which eight oval-shaped protrusions emerge.
